We rent out our cottage, which is a real gem all year round. The location is perfect with a 5-10 minute walk to saltwater swimming and nice viewpoints. By car, you can get to Marstrand in 20 minutes and to Gothenburg in 35 minutes and we recommend having a car. The cottage is older and simple but has been partially renovated in the winter of 2025. It is located on a beautiful natural plot and has a sunroom with a balcony that has sea views. The house is suitable for families with children, friends and couples. Maximum 4 adults but more if they are children.

Relax in this unique and tranquil accommodation with views that extend across the entire Askimsfjorden all the way out to Tistlarna. Here you can sit and study nature, the archipelago, hear the seagulls' cries with your morning coffee and go down and take a morning swim as the first thing you do. Our newly renovated apartment is located on the ground floor of our house with separate entrance and lovely balcony with outdoor furniture in a south-facing location. We live in the other part of the house, well separated from each other. In Båtevik, only 500 meters from the house, there are good swimming opportunities with beach and jetty. 1.5 km away is Kårevik's swimming area, where there is also a diving tower.
