You'll feel right at home here. The check-in was totally uncomplicated. The apartment was super clean. In addition, you will find everything you could need - everything is provided for every eventuality. We have never visited such a well-equipped apartment. Don't be put off by the location on a busy street. You don't hear anything about it in the apartment and hardly anything outside. And in the evening, the street is almost empty anyway. When the weather is good, you can sit in the private garden and let the evening end comfortably. Stéphanie really does everything to make you feel comfortable here. She always responds to messages quickly and very friendly. If we come to this beautiful area once again, then definitely here again!!! A big praise and a big thank you!!!

Very good communication before our arrival. We arrived very late, our host had left a light so that we could find our way around without any problems. We only spent one night but it was perfect. Listing is as described, cozy, and tastefully decorated. We were able to enjoy the sunny terrace in the morning to have a coffee. We'll be happy to go back

Beautiful house equipped and decorated with care and originality. The colors of the artist's paintings, the many patchwork works, all contribute to creating a very warm atmosphere, just like Gilles and Meg. The couple adapted to our schedules to welcome us and enthusiastically enlighten us about the sites to discover in their region. We just regret not being able to enjoy this relaxing and soothing place for longer. We highly recommend it!

There were four of us and we had a wonderful stay in Marie-Sarah's & Josselin's beautiful house by the sea. The house is very cozy and well divided. We lacked nothing and were overwhelmed every time we looked out the windows or the porch door. The view of the sea will accompany us for a long time to come. Marie-Sarah & Josselin were very good hosts. Requested insider tips for the area came as a highly professional and beautifully designed PDF. We highly recommend the house, the area and the hosts ❤️

We arrived late, at night, the place was very clean, and Annie was there to welcome us. The space was spotless and perfectly equipped.

Fab place. We loved the use of the kayaks, and the pool was great. Very comfy beds. Kitchen was very well equipped. Only a 6 mins drive to a hypermarket and very quiet roads . Tony was very helpful and friendly. We would come again. Thoroughly recommend.

A little piece of heaven in the countryside with a great view. Impeccable accommodation, beautifully decorated and very well-equipped. Quiet, total disconnection. Impossible to get bored, you'll have your choice of barbecue, idleness, games room with billiards, darts and foosball... and the wow SPA. As for the hosts, Patricia and Franck, they are very welcoming, adorable, very friendly and full of nice little touches. In short, it was perfect, we highly recommend it and we plan to return. I had a great time at Madeleine's. The view of Royan and the sea is just incredible... a beautiful sunset Lying on the bed, you feel like you're sleeping in a boat. The accommodation is super well located for visiting the area, for walking to the city 40 minutes to the big market otherwise less than 10 minutes walk from the rental there is also the small market which is very good, with the bakery and pharmacy. A rental you won't want to miss...sincerely.
