Antique furnishings perfectly complement the historic architecture. The house is on 3 floors so a fair bit of walking up and down stairs is required. The main bedroom is on the upper floor and the 2nd bedroom (two single beds) and bathroom on the lowest floor. Ideal for couples and families but not for the elderly or groups of 4 adults.

Our apartment named Breithorn is modern, cosy and family friendly. It is located in the world famous Lauterbrunnen valley just next to the highest waterfalls of the Alps. Lauterbrunnen is part of the Jungfrau UNESCO world heritage. It is surrounded by the famous mountains called Jungfrau, Eiger and Schilthorn. The apartment has 55 sqmeters floorspace. From the big terrasse, facing the south you can enjoy a spectacular view to the swiss mountains.

Gadestatt is a traditional Maiensäss. A Maiensäss is a cultural peculiarity of Swiss history. These simple but beautiful wooden buildings used to be inhabited on the Alps during the summer. Our house is very quiet, below the main road and is accessible by a staircase. "Studio Lerche" The studio is about 45 m² and has a living/sleeping area, a small kitchen and a bathroom. In front of the apartment there is a terrace with table and chairs and wonderful views of the mountains and Lake Thun! A private, free parking space is available for our guests, about 150 meters from the stairs.
