The cabin Great Bowden , is a modern design using UK cedar wood to help sustainability, with all amenities on your door step. Great to escape and relax. Separate/to the side of the main house in a fabulous central location of Great Bowden. We provide complimentary tea and coffee , with Nespresso Machine , Toaster and Kettle along with a small fridge and a smart Samsung TV and microwave. And when its hot!! we have a Dyson cooling fan. We allow 1 small dog there is a fee of £10 for the duration

Osprey Cottage in Manton is a beautifully presented end terrace property which sleeps 4 guests. One bedroom with a king size bed, a second bedroom that can be configured either as single beds (2’6” wide) or a king, and a stylish bathroom. Finished in a contemporary style with modern facilities including Wi-Fi(74mb), TV, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine. The fenced garden has a shed and we welcome well-behaved dogs(£20 charge applies). Bedding and towels are included

Pantiles Cottage, Stretton, sleeps 4 self catering

Beautiful, recently renovated, detached stone cottage. Both bedrooms are en-suite, one with king sized bed the other twin zip and link beds, which can be used as a double if requested. Modern fully fitted kitchen diner and separate lounge. Free Wifi. Owners, Gill and Greg Harker live on site. Car parking for two cars. Stretton is 7 miles from Rutland Water, 8 miles from Oakham and 9 miles from Stamford and Burghley. Next door is the Jackson Stops Inn, which unfortunately has closed recently.

Unique rural retreat perched on a hill in open countryside with breathtaking views. The Retreat is a self-contained 3 bedroom home adjacent to our barn conversion in 13 acres. The barn was converted by ourselves over two levels - one ground floor and one underground (don't worry it is very light and airy on the lower floor!) The perfect place for a countryside getaway to totally relax and unwind. Great walking and cycling on your doorstep or just switch off, chill out and enjoy the space.

We created a self catering studio apartment from our hay loft during the lockdown of 2020. In the heart of the Welland Valley in Leicestershire there are are wonderful views up the hill to Nevill Holt (home of the Nevill Holt Opera Festival) and from the sofa you will be able to watch the sun setting behind the hill. No.4 is close to the centre of Uppingham. You’ll love No.4 because of the views over open countryside at the back whilst being within a 5 minute walk of the towns restaurants and pubs. No.4 is good for couples and business travellers. Parking is unrestricted on the road outside. Pleasant Terrace is a Cul-De-Sac so no passing traffic and it is very quiet and peaceful at night.
