DAS ALPIENTE – Since January 2017, we have been renting a very stylish, 100 sqm ground floor apartment in our vacation home in Sonthofen/Binswangen in the Allgäu. An atmosphere to feel good – the special ambience in the Alps. Traditional elements are integrated into a modern design language, natural materials create coziness, and the high-quality furnishings give you the good feeling of being "at home." Offering a 2-room apartment, bedroom with double bed and 2 XL blankets, a sofa bed (in the living area for a 3rd person, on request for an additional €30/day), visitor's tax on site in cash €2, fully equipped open living-dining-kitchen area, separate bathroom with toilet and window newly renovated, in an ideal location for versatile sports opportunities. Bus connection right at the end of the street. Bus connection to the Ofterschwang ski resort at 7:55 am.

Our 19 square meter guest room above the garage with separate entrance, two single beds, mini sofa and separate bathroom with shower and toilet is rented. In the room there is a refrigerator, kettle, coffee pad machine, microwave, smart TV and Wi-Fi. Skis, sleds, bicycles, etc. can be safely parked in the basement. A parking space in the courtyard is reserved for you. Bed linen, blankets, towels and breakfast dishes as well as tea/coffee are provided.

The idyllic apartment "Simis Hüs" is located between Sonthofen (3 km) and Oberstdorf (11 km) in the small village of Tiefenberg. The apartment offers a magnificent view of the Illertal and the Allgäu mountains. Due to the quiet location, you can really unwind. For active vacationers, the apartment is an ideal starting point for skiing (the nearest mountain railway is 3 km away), biking, hiking/mountaineering, etc.

The location is the perfect starting point for all kinds of activities in the Allgäu.
