This well presented traditional terrace property is located in the heart of Cosby Village overlooking the stunning little brook, South Leicestershire countryside. The property comprises of a downstairs living room with an electric fire, Sky Tv and Wireless internet, and a fully equiped kitchen diner. Upstairs there is a master bedroom with the option of a King Size bed or 2 x Single beds and large wardrobe, a single bedroom with 1 x single bed, clothes storage and an office desk, and a family bathroom with rain shower. There is an option to sleep a fourth Person on the downstairs sofa bed. PARKING There is FREE parking to the front of the property on a very quiet slip road, although you may have to give way to the ducks from time to time !!! AMENITIES Within immediate walking distance of the house there is the Cosby Golf Course, local village pub 'The Bull's Head, a Butchers Shop, Cafes, Hairdressers, Indian & Chinese Restaurants, a Fish & Chips Shop, Off-License & Co-Op Convenience Store. Double studio with A/C, free parking & car hire

Self contained garden studio available in Clarendon Park, close to Demonfort Hall and on the main bus route to the city centre there's. The space has A/C, a small kitchenette, bathroom, workspace, corner sofa, double bed, Sky TV & Movies (Netflix, Disney etc) and an 85" home cinema. Bifold doors open out onto a spacious south facing garden & there is plenty of parking too. We have a cockerpoo who lives in the main house, she's extremely friendly & does not come into the studio unless invited!

I recently stayed five nights at Sheila’s home. Sheila was very friendly and she welcomed me on arrival. Checking in was very easy. Room was warm, clean, spacious and comfortable. The bed was really comfy. The shower was a good power shower. There were tea coffee making facilities. There are adequate facilities for parking in front area. Public transport and the shops are located within a short walking distance. I had a pleasant stay from start to finish. Overall it was a comfortable place to stay and good value for money. I would highly recommend Sheila’s place. Thanks.

Hannah was friendly and accommodating, and her family was warm and helpful. The room is spacious and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The local area is great, with restaurants and gyms nearby. Welford Road – home of the Tigers Stadium – is within walking distance, which is a great bonus if you’re here to catch some rugby!
