Michael was very welcoming and helpful, friendly when I arrived. I stayed 3 nights during festival time which was 10min drive away. Location is peaceful and can enjoy nature around. Place look like in photos, were nice, comfortable, clean and I would chose to stay again. Thanks:)

This is the perfect place to spend a relaxing weekend. Everything you need, we ate local one night and stayed in and cooked ourselves the next night. You feel at home immediately, the surroundings are beautiful. The property is perfect for purpose and the hosts are very personable and attentive if you require that. We would have no hesitation in going back again and would highly recommend it.

Amazing stay here! Elaine and her husband were so nice, and the place is in a beautiful location. They left us juice and cereals and even offered to get us milk and bread. The place was spotless and so comfortable. Parking was on their property which was great. I would definitely recommend staying here. Thanks so much to Elaine and her husband!

Lovely stay, second time here!

Ray’s flat was lovely. Very tidy and clean. I really enjoyed the location and the proximity to coffee and restaurants. Ray provided clear instructions and finding the place was simple. Highly recommend.

The apartment is very new, clean, well equipped and perfect for anyone visiting family in the area. Very private for sharers with two bathrooms off the bedrooms. Lovely river views and very quiet for a good nights sleep. The coffee machine with lots of pods was a lovely touch. Christopher was incredibly responsive and helpful in addressing any questions quickly. Thank you for hosting us, would absolutely stay again.

We had a wonderful week at Hen House. It was a lovely, comfortable place and had everything we needed. The house and surrounding area are beautiful and so peaceful. Couldn’t wish for more. And our hosts were friendly and welcoming.

Location was excellent for our purposes (in the center of the city, few minutes walking distance from the University, the market and the railway station) The host was a bit slow in responding before arrival in the UK, but issues regarding were resolved upon arrival at the airport. Overall the apartment was in good to excellent condition apart from some issues which were considered minor due to the relative short stay of 8 days. (One window was very tricky to open and close, the freezer needed some defrosting, one of the faucets had a broken drainer, no towels or sheets were changed during the length of our stay)

Allen was an excellent host, from meeting us for check in to responding to questions before and during our stay. We loved the location and convenience to grocery, restaurants, all of downtown Coventry, and easy access via bus and train to anywhere beyond.

We had a wonderful experience, everything was WOW! From the quirky lift to the FAB art, superbly spacious bed, the coolest shower. We rented for a small gathering to celebrate my daughter’s 40th. She thought it an incredible space. Chic, very cool and comfortable. It really had everything we needed. We’re now looking for an excuse to go again! Thanks Rafaelle and team for helping to make my daughters birthday one to remember!

Our host was very informative and clear. The place was so relaxing and Cosy, no corners cut. Loved the hottub and outside area too! Definitely will be back again 😊

Had a great stay, great amenities and easy check in and out. Appreciated the extras not usually had at other places, like an assortment of tea. Clear instructions for check in, how to use jacuzzi, and refreshing check out instructions without superfluous requests. Easy walking distance to many restaurants and a large Tesco. If you order delivery expect that they will ignore your instructions to come to the side door and try to be outside when they arrive.
