Private and nice Swedish cottage – modern and close to nature

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Located close to nature but also centrally in Söråker. It is a newly built cottage with high standards. One bedroom with 180 cm comfortable double bed and one room with a 120 cm comfortable single bed. We have a nice sofa bed that is 140 cm wide where you can sleep two as well. Wifi is available and a nice bathroom with shower and both washing machine and dryer. There is a cozy plot that you will have completely to yourselves. With a fireplace, outdoor furniture, swing and a charcoal grill.

Modern cottage near the sea

This newly-built cottage/house is located about 8 km outside Övik. You live 800 meters from Idbyns sea swimming, close to two golf courses and Skeppsmalens Fikseläge is only 15 kilometers away, with its beautiful cliffs and its lighthouse. The nearest restaurant is about 5 km from the property and the nearest grocery store (COOP and ICA Kvantum) about 7 km away. Arnäsleden with great opportunities for hiking passes just a few hundred meters from the house. Inside Örnsköldsvik, there is also the well-known adventure pool Pardiset.

Self-catering applies and the guest cleans up after themselves. If you do not have your own bed linen/towel, it can be rented on site: bed linen + towel; SEK 100 (€10 or $10) per person for the entire stay. No smoking, pets, loud parties. Washing machine available. Large balcony with day and evening sun. 50 meters to the boat Ådalen III which runs day and evening tours in the summer to Höga Kustenbron with buffet and troubadour.

You clean yourself before checking out. The apartment is tastefully decorated with furniture mainly from the 1940s-1950s. However, the beds are of a later model. You have your own bathroom with washer/dryer and access to a sunny patio. You live in the middle of the High Coast where nothing disturbs you at night. Welcome!

After a day of adventure, unwind in the wood-fired sauna, featuring panoramic windows with breathtaking views of the sea.

Welcome to the peaceful and calm little gem where you can enjoy the beauty of the nature. The house has fantastic views of the sea. Start each morning with a hike on the High Coast trail and finish off with a BBQ and a dip in the sea at the private rocky beach or at the sandy beach (5 min walk).
