The well-appointed 50 m2, with up to 4 m to the ceiling, is perfect for a couple - but is also ideal for a family with 2-3 children. All year round, you can swim in the "Svenskerhullet" and Roneklint and the small fine island Maderne, which is owned by Nysø Castle. 10 km from Præstø. In addition, the landscape is created for beautiful walks and bike rides.

Welcome to this cozy country idyll where you are surrounded by horse pastures. The calm. The silence. The beauty of the surrounding forests. Here you get close to both animals and fantastic nature. On the farm there are horses, cats, chickens and a small companion dog. Beyond the natural pastures are the wild animals. However, no bears or wolves :-) The luxury is in the environment. Welcome to our peaceful guest house in Nordanå, named after our brave eighty year old Chinese secoja trees. In the country but close to the city. Three minutes from the E6/E20 European highway. Bus stop to Malmö is a ten minute walk away and the bus ride to central Malmö takes about 15 minutes. Lomma's nice beach is 13 km away and can be reached by car in under 15 minutes.

Fastigheten består av en huvudstuga och mindre spa-stuga med tillhörande stenlagd grillplats och spabad. Skärmtak och spalje runt grillplatsen och spabadet och stort trädäck runt omkring. Idylliskt skogsmiljö mitt i Skåne nära Ringsjön med obegränsade möjligheter för fiske, vandring, frisk luft, bad, utflykt och avkoppling.

Bo på en gård anno 2022. Nybyggt stenhus i en vacker omgivning och med en fantastisk utsikt över landskap och hav. En unik boendeupplevelse med idealiska förutsättningar för lugn, närhet till naturen och Bjärehalvöns alla utflyktsmål. Under 2025 har vi inte färdigställt den närmaste miljön runt huset men en altan med utemöbler finns. Vi ombesörjer sängkläder och handdukar. Vill du att vi tar hand om slutstädning kostar det 600kr. Under vintersäsong 1/11-1/3 har vi stängt för bokning.

Here you live peacefully in a nice apartment with everything you need, patio/balcony and barbecue area down in the green grass. There is access to a laundry room (extra cost) There is also access to an electric car charger 11kwh (extra cost)

Bus stop to Lund, Lomma Storgata, is about 700m from the house. Trains to Malmö leave frequently.
