Welcome! House more than a 100 years old by the church in Flädie, a quiet and peaceful village close to the western coastline of Skåne. Surrounded by a beautiful, private garden and colorful scanian fields in the spring and summer. Spacious and bright interior with 5 rooms, with the living room containing a wall-mounted 55" TV. Also a large washing machine supporting 8 kg of laundry can be found in a separate closet next to the bathroom.

Come experience beautiful Lomma by staying in our charming guest house right by the beach. Calm and stressless surroundings. Take a morning or an evening walk along the beautiful beach of Lomma. Have your lunch and dinner on the large terrace facing the water. Enjoy the magical sunset first row. 10 min by car to both Lund and Malmö. Bus stop to Lund, Lomma Storgata, is about 700m from the house. Trains to Malmö leave frequently.

Small garden cottage 23m2, centrally located

The small cottage in my garden is only available for short-term rental, maximum 45 days. It has 23 m2: bedroom, living room with kitchenette and toilet + shower. The cottage is not large but clean and pleasant. In the bedroom, there is a bed 120 cm and in the living room a 90 cm sofa/bed. The cottage is best suited for one person, but it is also possible to accommodate two guests in it.
