Great place. Greate value for money especially if split between a group of people (I stayed alone). Sea views from multiple vantage points. Hosts communicative. Left plenty of towels, coffee, water, etc. Gated and secure community. Recommended.

I enjoyed staying here the location is close to the beach and to the good restaurants as well. It’s easy to get to. Meher was very clear and communicative with good instructions as well. I would stay here again!

The apartment is in a very good location , a few minutes from the tourist area of Gammarth. It's clean and matches the published photos. The place is quiet and residential . I highly recommend this listing!

The apartment is beautiful, very large, superb view, quiet, very functional. Parking in the basement is a plus. I will come back without hesitation.

Hanane is a very welcoming host, the accommodation was very clean, faithful to the photos, well located and very well-equipped. The apartment is a 12-minute drive from the airport which is very convenient. I would definitely recommend this place to guests looking to explore Tunis. We'll be happy to go back.

The apartment is very pleasant, quiet and has a great view of the sea - it is even better than in the photos. Rooms are very large and good. There are local beaches right at the building, shops, cafes and restaurants are nearby. I was very happy not to stay in the center of Tunis, but here in Le Kram or in the neighboring neighborhoods like La Goulette. Omar is a great host; he helped us a lot to find a car repair shop on the holiday. Thank you so much, Omar!

We had a great four-day stay! The host was very kind—she waited for us even though we arrived late. The location is perfect, right next to the beach and close to shops and restaurants. The apartment is cosy and had everything we needed, including towels, kitchenware, a washing machine, iron, and hairdryer. My kids loved it! The TV had all the channels, including Netflix and Prime, which was a nice bonus. The watchman was also very helpful and kept an eye on the car, even late at night. The host kindly allowed a late check-out since our flight was later.I would definitely recommend it!

We had a lovely stay at Youssef's. He is a great host, always available and not eager for advice. The apartment is as described and was clean and tidy when we arrived. We had everything we needed. The neighborhood is quiet (except for a few stray dogs, which sometimes make a little noise), it's pleasant to live there. Recommended!

WOW what a find!! The pictures don’t do it Justice.. right in the water and short walk to Marsa beach! Spacious and so comfortable, and you fall asleep to the waves crashing at night. Also, Khansa was so easy to reach and responsive which was very helpful, as I was traveling alone. My only regret is not spending more time on the beautiful deck, as I was too busy exploring all Tunis and Sidi Bou Said (which is only a 20 minute walk!) have to offer! Also, it may not seem like a big deal, but after traveling for 30 hours, it was REALLY nice to arrive to water and fresh fruit!! I had a fantastic time at this place and didn’t want to leave!

Our stay was perfect. The location can’t get any better. We were close to everything we needed, and especially the beach. I wish our holiday was longer so we could enjoy this place more.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The location is great for exploring La Marsa and Tunis and it is conveniently located next to the TGM train, a large Monoprix and other shops and restaurants. Plenty of room, comfortable beds etc. Really enjoyed the pool and the owners provided some welcome coffees, juice, chips, biscuits etc. Felt like a home away from home, had fast fibre and a smart TV. Would definitely recommend.

We had a wonderful week at Mohamed Yassine's villa which is more than equipped. The villa is more beautiful in real life. The view is splendid, not overlooked. I would also like to highlight the responsiveness and hospitality during our stay. Cap Zbib and Chat Mami beaches are also close by car. For the bravest, there is also walking distance to the beach (25 min) from the villa overlooking a beautiful wild cove. It's definitely worth a visit. We won't hesitate to come back.

The apartment is clean and equipped with all you need. The location is perfect, you can walk to the beach, old port, fair fair, restaurants and shops. Thanks to the height, the views are magnificent and it's very cool. The owners are very kind, flexible and helpful (they come to any request immediately). We'll be happy to go back
