Très jolie maison avec un beau jardin fleuri Qq petits ajustements mais le propriétaire a été réactif et a pu nous venir en aide Le Monoprix est à 3 minutes à pied et la place de Gammarth a 5/10 minutes Nous avons passé un très beau séjour

Sidi Bou Said is a great base to explore Tunis and Carthage. Also great for cafes and restaurants. The house had loads of character and had everything we needed. The roof top terrace was an added bonus. Would definitely recommend.

Beaucoup de charme pour cette vaste maison au pied de la plage , une atmosphère de vacances et de tranquillité vous y attend . Très jolie décoration, grandes chambres , climatisation, wifi/fibre et TV parfaitement fonctionnels et beaucoup d’équipements pour un confort complet ! Jolis petits jardins qui entourent la maison m, habités par deux petites tortues . Deux terrasses très agréables avec vue mer exceptionnelle notamment le roof top pour des moments chill et apéro au sunset. Et que dire de l’accueil d’Ayed et de Ramla , tous deux vraiment sympathiques, réactifs, accommodants et de très bons conseils tout au long du séjour, et plein de petites attentions pour vous accueillir au mieux . Aucune hésitation : hospitalité et détente assurées ! Un grand merci à vous deux !

Yasmine and Sami’s place at La Marsa is in a stunning neighbourhood with breath taking views. The apartment is right in between La Marsa and the touristy town of Sidi Bu Said, steps away from the seaside, a 10 minute walk to an incredible fresh food market, the beautiful corniche in La Marsa, plenty of supermarkets, restaurants and cafes. The apartment is a perfect size for a small family and has everything you need. It is well protected from the sun, so it must feel like an oasis in the summer time. It is so quiet and peaceful. We stayed there for a month and we felt right at home. Sami and Yasmine are kind, warm, hospitable and very easy to communicate with. We highly recommend their apartment.

Hele fijne werkplek, heel prive, en erg groot, in de villawijk van Carthage tussen de ambassades. Met citroen en sinaasappelboom in de tuin. Ik vond het een rustige en goede uitvalsbasis voor de stad. Ik had bij vragen snel contact gehad met de host. Het is geen nieuw gebouw.. Als ik weer een paar dagen zou willen werken en ontspannen in Tunesie zou ik hier graag weer verblijven, ook om de lieve hond weer te aaien. ps: Het is in de buurt van het presidentiele paleis. Toen ik aankwam werd ik uitgebreid ondervraagd door de politiepost en militairen daar. ik zou iedereen adviseren om niet helemaal naar het huis te navigeren maar om de hoek uit te stappen bij het tankstation.

Very cute little home in Siri Bou Said with two bedrooms, one is very large. Beautiful area and well located. Live like a local, you are getting the real experience. It’s a young people’s and relatively wealthier area for the city. Quiet compared to the city center. Easy transit to the center. Very responsive host.

Franchement rien a dire c’est un 10/10 sans faute . La villa et nickel, spacieuse, incroyable, magnifique, propre, bien équipe surtout !. j’ai passé un magnifique séjour, la piscine et magnifique propre et chauffer. Nous nous sommes sentie comme chez nous tout est à coter que sa soit a pied ou en voiture la maison et très bien situé un endroit calme un endroit ou se garer UN ENDROIT PARFAIT POUR SE DETENDRE ! Bilel et incroyable, professionnel, gentille , répond a la seconde au messages , disponible 24h/24 je le répète mais c’est un 10/10 je vous le conseille 10000 fois Mercii beaucoup se séjour magnifique 🙏🏻🙏🏻

I'll preface this by saying I'm an American. I don't speak French. I've never been to Tunisia before. None of that kept Hassen from wanting to help us or from taking care of us. Hassen and his team were amazing. The place is wonderful and having access to the Club's amenities is a huge bonus. I would come back and stay here again in a heartbeat. Hassen was communicative and helped us with some special requests centering around our very young children. The view from the upper balcony is incredible. I can't recommend enough staying here, especially for the very reasonable price.

Staying at Seif's place in Tunis was an outstanding experience, thanks to his incredible hospitality and expertise in the local area. Seif welcomed me warmly and immediately made me feel at home. He was a goldmine of information, offering unbeatable restaurant recommendations and activities that allowed me to experience Tunis like a local. Seif's guidance on where to eat was perfect. He led me to some of the best traditional and hidden culinary spots in the city. He also provided invaluable advice on must-see sights and activities, enriching my stay with a blend of historical and cultural exploration. What stood out was Seif's availability and genuine interest in making sure my visit was memorable. His friendly and helpful nature made all the difference, making a good trip unforgettable. An excellent stay! Pascale was wonderful and accomodating. Her attentiveness and concern for her guests cannot be beat. We really enjoyed our large suite and beautiful pool. The property is impressive and should be explored by everyone.

The property was beautiful, even better than the pictures! Alinda was very flexible and accommodating, the service we received from check-in to check-out was top tier, definitely a place I’d recommend especially for the hospitality and kindness of the hosts! We will be back!

Un petit appartement stylé et moderne, parfait pour un séjour paisible. La piscine était magnifique.

Appartamento fantastico, molto pulito e ben organizzato come solo una casa vera e propria può essere. Sono rimasto colpito dalla rapidità nella comunicazione con Elyes e dalla sua gentilezza. La zona è in un quartiere tranquillissimo: nelle due settimane in cui ho pernottato non ho mai sentito un rumore molesto. La prossima volta che andrò a Tunisi prima controllerò la disponibiltà della casa e solo dopo comprerò il biglietto aereo perché voglio essere sicuro di stare nuovamente lì. Per farla breve do 5 stelle perché non ne posso mettere 6.

The place is perfect for friends or two couples or families with kids. It’s a nice location and easy to access by taxi. The area is beautiful and nice to explore! Nour and Nabil are great hosts! Mary, the house keeper is very sweet! If I come back to Sidi Boy Said I will try to get their apartment.

Rim nous accueille avec bienveillance dans son logement qui est idéalement placé à quelques mètres de la plage et à proximité du centre de la médina de Bizerte avec toutes les commodités a côté : boulangerie, restaurations, marchés.... L'appartement est décoré avec beaucoup de goût et contient tout l'equipement nécessaire pour passer un agréable séjour. Nous remercions Rim pour toutes les délicates attentions de bienvenue : petit déjeuner, quelques denrées de première nécessité, des gourmandises..., et pour sa disponibilité. Nous recommandons vivement.

Nous avons adoré le quartier dans lequel se situe le Airbnb. Sa décoration traditionnelle nous met directement dans l'ambiance et est très chaleureuse. Le Airbnb est calme et reposant. Merci !

Dommage de n’avoir échangé que par message. Nous avons regretté l’absence de bouilloire électrique et de torchons. Nous l’avons signalé mais sans succès. Il manque au moins une chaise dans chaque chambre pour pouvoir poser ses affaires . Sinon c’était très bien
