This was probably the nicest cleanest home we’ve ever rented. It was so nice that there was brand new shower, curtains in the bathrooms, and all the bedding was so clean and comfortable. I felt like the bathrooms and the kitchen were very well stocked and this home could not have worked out better for the amount of people we had staying with us. Thank you for the use of your home and I am sure if the opportunity presents itself we will rent this home again!

Great place to stay. Actually an old house from the 50’s redesigned. Finishes are tasteful, sleek and modern. Loved this home’s decor. Was a little difficult to moderate temperatures indoors, but there are many options for heating/cooling. Love the giant sliding patio door to bring the outside- in. So thrilled there is a no shoe in house policy, to keep the outside dirt out. Fantastic place.

This home sits on a hill on a beautiful property with amazing views. It is very clean and so relaxing. The weather was gorgeous, so we grilled a couple of nights and enjoyed the view from the deck. Stephanie gives a long list of places to visit and recommendations for places to eat and things to do. If I go back to Hamilton, this will definitely be my choice!

Colleen and Troy were incredible hosts. Proactive and prompt communication. And the house was perfect for our group of six.

I loved staying at Jennifer's place. It was clean, comfortable, warm, with hot shower! She was so thoughful about stocking the studio with extra little things, such as the toothbrush. I forgot mine and she had an extra one for me in the place! My trip to Missoula was for a stressful reason and being at this home was like a rejuvinating reprieve. And when I was running late at the end she let me check out an hour late without charging me. Very nice. I really loved being there and would absolutely stay again. Mahalos!

We had a very small issue with check in, but Laura was immediately available to help us. The whole issue was dealt with in 5 min. Very cozy and comfortable rental, and was so close to everything!

I really enjoyed it. the space was comfy and beautiful. Julie was always a very responsive host which was greatly appreciated. It's in a fantastic location, close enough to downtown that you can walk there, but far enough that you're away from any noisy areas. you're near a lot of beautiful paths and trails. It felt easy to make this place my temporarily home away from home.

This place was adorable and a nice stay for a couple for a few days, could even comfortably stay more people. Very comfortable and clean, and very welcoming hosts who stayed up late to greet us even with circumstances leaving us unable to reach Missoula until nearly 10 pm.

What a magical little apartment tucked away in a quiet Missoula neighborhood. The space was absolutely perfect for our working vacation — cozy, peaceful, and thoughtfully designed for two. Our host was incredibly responsive whenever we had questions, and we were greeted with delicious truffles upon arrival, such a sweet touch! The Keurig was a morning lifesaver, and the host even provided a few coffee pods to sample before we bought our own. The apartment had everything we needed: a super comfy couch, a TV with app connectivity (though we barely needed it), and little touches like bath salts in the drawer, perfect for soaking tired feet after a hike just 10 minutes away. We loved having a washer and dryer, a cooler for our adventures, and plenty of cozy blankets for those crisp Missoula mornings. The private entrance and personal parking spot made everything easy, and the small patio with a table was a lovely spot to sit and take in the stunning flower garden below. LOVE!

Jennifer was definitely a super host! The cottage was immaculate!, and the bed was so comfortable! Great location!..near the Adam’s Center, restaurants, and is in probably my favorite neighborhood in Missoula (Gorgeous neighborhood!!!)! I’d forgotten the blade for my food processor, and Jennifer immediately came to my rescue, bringing me her own processor! She’s so friendly and responsive!!! She also allotted us much-appreciated extra time for check out! A perfect place for one or two people who aren’t needing anything but a beautiful little studio cottage…(if you’re planning on bringing a lot of food for cooking In, bring a large cooler and plenty of ice…the only fridge is the little one shown in the photos under the counter (no freezer)…it’s perfect for light cooking or for those dining out, and just bringing leftovers home…CLEAN, COZY, PRIVATE, KIND/RESPONSIVE HOST! We’ll DEFINITELY want to stay here again, but next time without bringing a kitchen load of food from home!😅

This location was perfect for our stay. A short 5-15 minute drive from everything we needed or wanted in town. The trains were a bit noisy a couple nights from about 9:30pm - 12:30am which wasn’t ideal but had assumed might be a part of the experience with how close you are to the tracks. A nice option just outside of town!

My wife and I enjoyed the excellent accommodations that Nancy’s Airb&b provided. The upgraded unique basement apt was impeccably clean, well decorated and comfortable. We also appreciated the designated parking location assigned to our space.

Newtons Place was great! Comfy beds with good linens, nice bath towels, the kitchen well stocked and the location on the Clark Fork was wonderful if you like watching the birds ! It’s close enough to downtown to make it easy getting to the restaurants and bars.

We absolutely loved our stay here!! Great location. Very comfortable and beautiful studio. The bed was so amazing. Nancy was extremely helpful and gave great advice for places to explore. We will definitely book with her again.
