It is privately accessible, adjacent to our insurance office, next door to our home so we can be as accessible as you would like.

You will have the guesthouse overlooking the Bitterroot Valley all to yourself. You will be less than 10 minutes from downtown Hamilton, river access is minutes away and less than an hour from Lost Trail Powder Mountain! There is a Tuft&Needle Queen bed to rest your head on, sofa, full bath, and full kitchen w/stove, oven, fridge, microwave, plates and utensils to cook your meals. We just had a rabbit move into our yard that we are quite attached to so dogs must be on leash!

Full bathroom & kitchenette. Vaulted ceiling, & lots of natural light. 2014 remodel: 2nd bed is couch that is fold out futon sleeps 2 more, new floor coverings, black out shades. Tile hearth & small gas fireplace. Bathroom access is through the bedroom. There is NO yard with Airbnb rental.
