2nd time staying here and not disappointed on either occasion. Host is very easy to communicate with and made arrival very simple. Accomodation is as described and as the picture shows. Location is great if you like walking, cycling and pubs and would thoroughly recommend the local pub which serves great food and beer.

A beautiful place to stay with stunning views, lots of space and peaceful. Would definitely stay there again.

We wanted an isolated rural retreat for a week and got exactly that. Fully equipped for outdoor and indoor activities, great hot tub, loads of space. Peaceful, beautiful and only 20 mins in the car to Llandrindod Wells for supplies. Great walks. Dogs loved it. Our Family enjoyed everything. When we needed to contact the hosts on a couple of occasions they responded within a couple of minutes. Fab games room in the loft. Huge comfy beds and the most amazing logburner.

Fantastic hosts , really helpful and responsive . Lots of information about the local area and things to do. House was very clean and comfortable, with everything you needed , beds and beddings was really cosy and we slept so well , we didn’t actually want to leave and stayed longer than originally booked. The views and local walks were beautiful too . The local pub was nice although we only had a drink there. Kitchen facilities were so good we cooked most the time. Highly recommend

Thank you so much for letting us stay in your beautiful cottage! We visit Ludlow regularly, but this was our first time staying somewhere other than a local hotel—and what a wonderful change it was! Hannah’s cottage is absolutely charming, with a warm, homely feel that made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The traditional decor is lovely and gives the place so much character. My daughter especially enjoyed reading the information booklet and learning more about the history of the cottage. Every room was spotlessly clean, beautifully presented, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The peaceful garden was a real highlight—such a tranquil spot to sit and relax. We also loved the quiet location, perfect for unwinding, yet close enough to enjoy the local walks and everything Ludlow has to offer. We had a wonderful stay and are already looking at dates to return!

Black Sheep Barn is just as described in the listing. It is far from any towns and most villages, but this gives it the seclusion and privacy that you sometimes want from a countryside break. The barn was amazing. It was spotlessly clean and the hosts were really friendly and welcoming. The little touches such as the cake on arrival and fresh eggs from the farm were lovely. It had everything you would want from an accomodation and we really enjoyed our time there. It was very relaxing, and the views are astounding. There are plenty of walks straight from the barn, also with great views. The major towns are within driving distance, so easy to get anything you need. We would recommend this accomodation and may well return in the future.

We were so lucky to stay in this beautiful cottage for our honeymoon and it couldn’t have been more perfect. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel so welcome — Ellie was incredibly friendly and thoughtful, leaving us lovely cakes to enjoy on arrival. The cottage (and its surroundings) is full of charm and just as whimsical as the pictures suggest. It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy quality time together. We also enjoyed the easy drives into Ludlow, Leominster, Tenbury Wells and local walks. We can’t thank Ellie enough for creating such a beautiful, memorable experience — we’ll definitely be back one day!

What an amazing little getaway! Had so much fun paddling and swimming in the lake, was amazing to have a full kitchen attached to the dome. The hottub was spotless and tucked away. Didn't find time to explore the farm but looked like lots of walking opportunities around. A good excuse to come back! Thanks for a great stay.

Put short, we didn't want to leave. It was fantastic from start to finish, Hayley was welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. We had some fantastic treatments while staying, and fully made use of the amenities. Such a wonderful location, can't wait to hopefully return.

We had a wonderful weekend here. Beautiful cottage in a gorgeous, tranquil setting with superb hosts, very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. They had thought of everything from a welcome bottle of wine and sweet treats to robes, sliders and even treats for the dog! Comfortable beds, well-equipped kitchen, lovely pool and hot tub. We will definitely return. If you’re looking for rest and relaxation in quiet and peaceful surroundings this is the place for you.

We had a wonderful stay at The Shippen. The property was perfectly located for a peaceful few days away from busy life but had amenities close by. We had access to the great pool and a private hot tub that the kids loved. I would definitely recommend The Shippen for families looking for a getaway that has lovely surroundings and accommodation that has everything you need, including games and activities for entertainment. Thank you Sara and Phil for having us, we loved our stay.

The snug little pods are a perfect place to stay, overlooking open dales with sheep and cows, ducks swimming on pond right outside. Michiala could not have been more welcoming and helpful. we had all the peace and quiet we needed but she was always ready to assist as soon as we needed anything. Her cats and dogs were as friendly as Michaela herself. our neighbours in the other pod were super friendly too ..but with two bathrooms and a perfectly equipped little kitchen between us it never felt crowded. we loved being able to bring our own bedding because we don't like thick duvets, this meant we slept really well and felt absolutely at home.

Me and my partner went with the dog, we had one of the best times in this spot, really relaxing to be at the pod and then travelling around the villages was lots of fun. Was always nice to come back to the lovely pod! The kitchen had everything you needed as well

Beautiful home! Absolutely loved staying here. The grounds were so gorgeous and the property was 5 star hotel standard. It’s not often that you stay somewhere that the beds are comfier than your own and these were. They had thought of every little detail. Couldn’t recommend more.

What a beautiful place to stay. We weee so lucky there was a last minute opening to book as it is usually booked up (we heated from Sally the host). Stunningly decorated, well equipped, incredibly peaceful and stunning surroundings. An incredibly helpful host. The swimming pool was an added luxury. Definitely returning for more getaways here.

The best Airbnb I've stayed in for quite a while. Well equipped and furnished not to mention a surprisingly good welcome basket plus milk, butter in the fridge. Happily it's close to the Castle Hotel which is a) well run, b) has good beer, c) a good kitchen and d) a good buzz including locals.

just want to say thank you to Gill, for our lovely stay. Everything was perfect !!!! Gill was so friendly and went out of her way to help us find the best places to visit. we highly recommend the studio was just what we needed, lovely and clean. thank you Gill hope to visit you again in the future

Carolecwas waiting on the driveway to greet me. She had the warmest smile and I felt like I was being greeted by a friend Walking through her immaculate garden, meeting the ducks and Louie the dog was like coming home. The Annexe is tucked away at the end of Carole and Paul's cottage- it has a beautiful, secure and private garden. At the door is a perfumed rose with a scent thar ways at you each time you enter or leave. Kind and thoughtful things were prepared - home made bread, lemon abd almond hime made cake, homemade jam and marmalade. Carole had written a greeting card to Lottie and I abd the bag of dog snacks had a label with Lottie's name on ❤️ A vase of fresh flowers was on the table - from the garden. It was gorgeous 😍 ❤️ I highly recommend it - the bed was super comfy too 😴

Stunning cottage and location with the most amazing views. The cottage was fabulous and a great place to relax and absorb the beauty. It was cosy and we felt right at home. There were plenty of books and maps with good WiFi Such was the raw beauty of the location that we didn’t once put the TV on and instead watched nature and birdlife. The bird life was incredible and we lost count of the number of close up red kites we saw. The facilities were great and the kitchen was well supplied with pans and utensils. There was an abundance of hot water and the bed was plenty comfy enough to get a good nights rest. With walks from the door into the vast wilderness this was a perfect off grid location We would return in a heartbeat. There were no negatives and it’s probably the best cottage we’ve stayed at. There’s a dog friendly enclosed garden with seating and a bench. Perfect for sitting out with a glass of wine and reading! Jon’s made this cottage a perfect retreat.

We stayed at Rock Cottage for my mum’s 50th birthday and we couldn’t have wished for a better weekend, the hosts really thought of everything. The most beautifully decorated cottage, and the fairy lights and music being on as we walked in was such a special touch. We didn’t want to leave! Would highly recommend - we are already wanting to go back in Autumn/Winter 🍂🎃 Excellent communication from hosts with detailed instructions on how to get there and also some great recommendations. The cottage was absolutely spotless and smelt gorgeous, really comfy beds too. Overall a perfect place to relax and switch off. Thank you Mirabelle & Brad ❤️🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿

suz's place was amazing. clean, tidy and spacious. beds were comfortable and everything needed for cooking. the extra long dog lead was a godsend, with being able to let the dog on the lead and have room to explore. the hot tub was so relaxing. views were outstanding and we loved our stay here, would defo return

Our family of 4 had the BEST time at the Treehouse! Stephen and Faye have truly thought of everything! From the mud kitchen, sand pit, the fire logs and clear instructions everywhere (seriously, everything is labelled); they have created a little slice of paradise. Its quiet, and peaceful; the walk to the village is marked along the trees, which made walking with kids (5&8) so much easier. They never once asked for their tablets! Dan the dog is as friendly as everyone says - literally was right there when we pulled up! The cows were fun to watch, the birds were lovely in the morning and it was brilliant to connect ss a family. The hosts are so lovely, the beds are both very comfortable and the games and books provided were a nice touch. We're already planning to come back and I've told some of my friends too! Our favourite airbnb by far!
