A lovely place to stay. Tim was helpful and proactive on the messaging. The house is well appointed and immaculately kept. Only needed to stay for the one night but if we need to stay longer next time we will be delighted to return here.

This airbnb is lovely and i would 100% recommend to anyone who’s interested in staying here. Pictures don’t do it justice because it looks even better in person. The hosts were lovely and their response time was great. This airbnb has everything you may need, and there’s a Sainsbury’s around the corner too which is very convenient. :)

Beautiful, quiet and private historic Coach House

TanjaRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Remotely located, charming, old-fashioned stone cottage that is warm and has all of the essentials that you’d need. We were greeted by the lovely Trish who showed us round and explained everything. There was a gift-basket with goodies and a freshly baked cake waiting for us. We would warmly recommend this place.

Converted Milking Barn with Hot Tub

DavidRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Great location and barn. Perfect for a multi generational family get together (including a dog). The barn was exactly as described and well kitted out. The outside space is private and safe - the barbecue and hot tub are of a great standard. Excellent food at the Rose and Crown (but you must book). Plenty of places too visit....we had a great walk with two young children round High Force. Sarah is responsive and not "in your face". As good an Airbnb as we have been to for our annual clan gathering.

Lovely cosy caravan

MichaelaRating, 5 stars2 days ago
Recently stayed here and had such a lovely time. My mom flew over from Spain and myself, husband and toddler drove up to meet her (we live in the midlands) we were here visiting family. Lyns place was ideal. The location was fab, only 6 min drive to see my nanna. It’s a short walk to the beach (direct access) and the caravan itself was lovely. So clean and well looked after. Lyn had even put things in there for my toddler to play with - and a small chair for her to have her food. We couldn’t have asked for a lovelier place. Lyn was so responsive and easy to connect with. The caravan is located directly across from the entertainment hall which was brilliant for my toddler (she loved the slot machines) and there’s a restaurant too. It was very loud at night (Friday and Saturday until midnight) but we just used ear plugs and was fine!! Would deffo recommend this caravan and we will be staying here again I’m sure. Thank you xx
A spacious deck is featured, surrounded by white railings, leading to a light-colored caravan. Two chairs are positioned on the deck, providing an area for relaxation. The background displays additional caravans and an open view of the horizon.

Low Barn Cottage

DeniseRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
We had a lovely relaxing stay in this charming cottage in beautiful surroundings. Great for walking (better in sunshine, but even the rain didn't dampen our spirits!) Feels remote, but Cotherstone village is only 2 miles away - with the excellent Fox and Hounds for lunch! - and a walk in the other direction brings you to Hury reservoir (and a little further on Hannah's Meadow). Low Barn Cottage is equpped with everything you could possibly need, from the fab kitchen to the comfy beds! (The cottage is accessible for anyone with mobility needs with ramped access between kitchen and living room.) Plus there are lovely fresh eggs available to buy for breakfast. We didn't make use of the pool and gym but that option is available should you want more exercise than walking. We loved our stay here, our host Chris was friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend a stay at East Briscoe Farm Cottages.
A spacious living area features a comfortable sofa and an entertainment unit with a flat-screen TV. A dining table is set for six, while large windows allow natural light and showcase views of the beach and coastline.

Paddock Cottage

PenelopeRating, 5 stars5 days ago
This was our first Airbnb experience and we have to say that the bar has been set very high. Our host Trevor was lovely, the area beautiful and interesting, and the accommodation excellent. There were plenty of great walks within an easy drive and it wasn’t overcrowded which made it all the more pleasant. Although the accommodation is great, it is worth being aware that the stairs to the bedroom may present challenges for some people, but if you think you can manage them, you will love this property. There are different options for heating, constant hot water and the kitchen has everything you need. The four legged neighbours are also friendly, if hungry; and my guide dog very much appreciated the lovely dog bed, fleecy blanket and flashing toy! Thank you so much Trevor, it would be lovely to be able to return in the future if we can manage it.

The Hayloft- romantic retreat and dog friendly!

KimberleyRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
We had a lovely stay at The Hayloft while visiting my sister who lives nearby. We love the area and the cottage is in a lovely peaceful location away from the main road and with footpaths on the doorstep. We had lots of great days out revisiting places like Richmond, Barnard Castle and Deepdale Wood and Raby Castle. The cottage was very clean, cosy and well equipped with a lovely view of the fields from the bedroom and a beautiful private garden. The bathroom has also been updated really nicely since the photos were taken for the listing and really exceeded expectations. Thank you for an amazing break. We wouldn't hesitate to stay again!

Cosy uplands getaway, country walking

JanRating, 5 stars4 weeks ago
Miller's Cottage is a lovingly furnished holiday home, situated in a quiet, atmospheric location. Completely furnished. There is a good bed, a fully equipped kitchen (with very good kitchen knives!) and a sunny and secluded seating area outside. We felt at home immediately because upon arrival two sun hats were already waiting for us on the garden chairs. Chris and Maxine are a warm host and hostess who respected our privacy and occasionally asked if we were missing something. That was not the case. We heartily recommend this beautiful place of these charming people.
