High-quality furnished accommodation that leaves nothing to be desired. Juliane provided us with very good information and was always easily accessible.

We had a lovely, albeit very wet Pentecost weekend in Rachel's house. We were two families (6 people, 2 children (3 years old)). We particularly liked how child-friendly and well-equipped the house was. There are plenty of toys and the trampoline in the garden was a hit. The surroundings are beautifully idyllic. However, we were a little surprised by the high tick volume, but that's nobody's fault. However, you should prepare for a vacation in the area (vaccination, spray) and check daily, especially with the kids. The house was very cozy and could be heated wonderfully with the fireplace in the unfortunately very bad weather. The footpath to the house, which is slightly elevated, was a bit impractical. If you arrive with a little more luggage and shopping, you have to walk the way several times, but it worked. Overall, we were satisfied and felt very comfortable.

Uncomplicated and friendly. For us as a family with two small children, the accommodation was particularly nice, as it offered a terrace, a quiet street and meadows around the house as well as children's toys.

It was beautiful. I was there with my girlfriend and our 2 dogs, the dogs can play in the garden and you can explore the area from here. Supermarket is min 5. Very quiet and idyllic. In the house there is everything you need, the kitchen is excellently equipped. I'd love to come back :)

We've rarely felt as comfortable as in Alina's apartment! Bowls and dog beds were prepared for our dog and so we all felt very welcome. The accommodation is exceptional with the cozy wood, the high ceiling and the large glass front. Everything was spotless, well-maintained and with great details (water carbonator from the pipe). The large garden was absolutely beautiful. We hope to come back soon!

The house corresponds exactly to Rebekka's description and it really has a very charming character for us, in which we felt very comfortable. We have never experienced the amenities, especially in the kitchen, in any other accommodation. As written in the ad, the accommodation is very nice, you wake up in the morning with wonderful birdsong and can set off directly from the house, in different directions for hiking or cycling. It was really nice. I was there with my dog because we had a training weekend. Accordingly, he was broken afterwards. He really rested well there and I slept very well too. The cottage was very stylish and cozy and has everything you need. I actually didn't miss anything. Very close to the house is also a nice path to the Gassirunde. I have the next training in September and hope the house is free again.

The property is in an absolutely peaceful area. There is everything you need and there is a beautiful view. A swimming pond is also available, which is certainly a nice addition to everything in summer. The property is very spacious and beautiful. Communication was also very good and fast.

We came to Bayreuth for two nights because of the festival and a very clean and tastefully furnished apartment was handed over to us, which corresponded to the expectations through the photos. On the beautiful balcony you can have a good breakfast and the area is very quiet, so we could sleep in the summer with the window open. By bus (we were not there by car) you can get to the city in just under twenty minutes. Otherwise, there are parking spaces directly there that can be used. The contact with Bogdan was very friendly and he responded quickly to us with questions/concerns. All in all we highly recommend the stay.

We had booked the place for a JGA with 13 people and were totally thrilled. The pictures don't even come across in the beginning, we are huge the house and also the garden. We had more than enough space to eat, get together and sleep. Since we had a chef in the group with us, the industrial kitchen could be used optimally. Again, there was no lack of amenities and cleanliness. The area offers enough opportunities for nice day trips and also a Rewe can be reached by car in 2 minutes. It was an all-round successful weekend, absolutely recommended!

The hut is great for hikes and excursions to reservoirs and many activities. Very quiet and right by the forest to go hiking. .In the cabin there is everything you need. Super fenced for our dogs,which gives extra points;-).

We had a great stay at Toni's vacation home! The house is modern, tastefully furnished and well equipped – nothing is missing. The location is ideal, with beautiful views of fields and forests. During the day we took walks, and in the evening we enjoyed the wonderful scenery and sunset in the garden while barbecuing and eating. It couldn't be more perfect! We will be happy to come back :)

We were extremely satisfied with our small hiking group in Oliver's house over the 1st May weekend and with our choice. The furnishings leave nothing to be desired and there is enough space to enjoy some undisturbed tranquility. In addition to the roles of spending time in the house (sauna, pool, garden), you can also reach many great hiking routes right outside the front door or from the nearby train station. There are also shops in the nearby area, as well as the opportunity to stop. Overall, we can highly recommend the accommodation and will certainly knock on Oliver's door again if we come back to the area.

We felt completely comfortable. Very nice unobtrusive care. Everything there and much more. The double bed was very comfortable and let us sleep well in a very quiet environment. Pretty new, beautifully designed bathroom with great shower (including rain shower). Even our big dog was no problem at all. Too bad we didn't have time to swim - the pool was ready - with solar heating, by the way (also one of the little goodies that aren't mentioned). We'd love to come back - thank you for the wonderful time!

Fred is very friendly and helpful. He had expected me directly at the apartment and showed me everything. The communication in advance was great, he responded quickly and the apartment was as described in the pictures and in the description. I really recommend it. I'll gladly come back.

My dog and I were allowed to spend 2.5 wonderful weeks in Marianne's apartment. The apartment had everything we needed for a relaxing hiking vacation - the location is perfect as a starting point. In wonderful tranquility, we were able to have breakfast every morning on the balcony and then explore the Fichtel Mountains. Particularly noteworthy, however, is Marianne herself - a very warm host who surprised us every Sunday with a delicious piece of cake. Thank you so much - we had a great time. From the heart all the best and stay healthy and as happy as I was able to get to know you for a long time.

Very tasteful, neat and functional apartment adjacent to the landlord's house, but in such a way that you can also stay out of the way if necessary. Hans and Carola as landlords are very friendly and accommodating and provide guests with all the necessary information about the apartment and the surrounding area. The tips on excursion destinations and hiking trails that Hans had prepared were also great. Overall, nothing negative can be said about this place!

Nice, spacious, clean apartment with everything you would need. Walkable to all sights and extremely close to three grocery stores to stock up on food. Check-in was easy and instructions were very clear!

The cabin is super cute and cozy! The tiled stove also keeps you comfortably warm at cooler temperatures. It was so quiet, we slept very restfully. The kitchen and bathroom are also great. Amazing house. Great garden, lounge spaces, bathrooms etc. - everything is very luxurious and high tech. Great location close to town - everything is very walkable. Street parking was easy to find. Very upscale with much character
