Welcome to our elegant apartment, in a strategic position a few steps from the port and the beach. We are on the first floor with a beautiful view and natural light, large and equipped kitchen with a large living room, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. We are equipped with air conditioning and radiator in every room. The space is ideal for a single, couple or family stay. Depending on availability, parking is available in a private garage. We can accommodate up to a maximum of 5 people (2+2+1).

The 100-square-meter Dimora Monica apartment consists of: an entrance hall with a living area featuring a sofa bed that can be converted into 2 pull-out single beds, a dining table, and a closet containing an induction stovetop for preparing basic meals; 1 35-square-meter bathroom with a shower, whirlpool bathtub, toilet, sink, and bidet; 1 bedroom with a king-size bed and a closet-wardrobe.
