The appartment is on the basement floor of an ancient house built before the turn of the 19th century (1884), with the original doors and windows and in one room a decorated ceiling. It is located in the little centre of Kritzendorf between Vienna and Tulln. You are not far away from the danube and the nearby meadowy woods. Quiet, cozy, small garden house with a piano, a guitar and an oud and overall good amenities (dishwasher, hotplate, TV, Wi-Fi, etc.)! Strombad Kritzendorf is within walking distance, and Museum Gugging can be reached via a beautiful walking/hiking route. Very dear host who responds quickly and helpfully. When arriving, note that there are two instances of the same street name in the area. So, it's best to enter the address with the correct zip code in the navigation system. :)

A tranquil terrace is featured, furnished with a wooden table and comfortable seating. Lush green plants frame the space, creating a private oasis. Light filters through the nearby windows, brightening the area with natural illumination.

We really liked staying in this property. ☺️ Maria was a great host, fast and pleasant communication, she sent us timely and clear instructions to the property and how to enter the property. Everything is as in the pictures, we especially liked the small but very pleasant terrace. There were other apartments around us with other guests who did not really respect the house rules in the building (loud music after 10 pm), but the apartment was very well soundproofed so we did not hear the neighbors inside at all. The location is great, a few minutes walk from the building there are many restaurants and a large shopping center.

Very clean and tidy. A little far out of the city so if you want to walk, bear that in mind. Easy to reach via public transport though which is a bonus. Katalin was very friendly and helpful throughout. Because it’s in the suburbs it is a bit more peaceful and less noisy so that’s also good! I would have liked a kettle but managed to boil water in a pan to make tea. Overall, I’d recommend it is as somewhere to stay.

Nikolaus’s place was the best Air BnB I’ve stayed in - so clean, comfortable beds, lots of greenery, kitchen was fitted with great saucepans and frypans and good quality crockery and glassware. 40 mins to Vienna City by public transport, but we were happy to stay out of the very busy city in the peaceful surrounds at Nikolaus’s place. Aldi was a 10 min walk away as was Spar. Stift, 15 mins walk away was a lovely little town with a great restaurant (Leopold) and amazing Abbey. The town of Kierling was lovely too. Highly recommended.

It just doesn't get any better, it's exactly because of such accommodations that Airbnb is attractive. The communication with Bettina and Werner in advance was very friendly and they even agreed that we could check in 45 minutes earlier to arrive in time for the wedding to which we were invited. The accommodation itself is even more beautiful than in the photos, an insanely beautiful, charming and extraordinary villa in the Weinviertel - one of the best value for money I have ever seen. Will come again any time, highly recommended!!

We were absolutely delighted! Everything was so beautiful, clean, and thoughtfully arranged down to the smallest detail — you can really tell that the place was designed with the comfort of guests in mind. We had such a great time: grilled some delicious barbecue, enjoyed the peaceful surroundings, and the kids had a blast swimming in the pool. It was the perfect mix of relaxation and fun. We’d love to come back again!
