My place is close to Windansea Beach & restaurants. You’ll love my place because of the coziness, the location, location, location and the community. The Unit is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers & families with mature children. This is a first floor end unit with lots of sun and nice view. Parking is free street parking. Hammock, lawn chairs, Hot Tub and BBQ are for community use including airbnb guests. New Kitchen & Appliances with lots of amenities. Wifi -100Mbps!

Our second-floor studio is perfect for one person or a couple. Unplug for a few days or a week. Enjoy the unobstructed ocean view and beautiful sunsets. 1 Bedroom, 1 block to the bay, 6 blocks to the waves, walking distance to local restaurants, bars, and shopping. Rental has everything you need to pack light (beach towels, beach chairs, full kitchen, professionally cleaned rental, etc.) I am an Airbnb Superhost that has hosted over 300+ vacations, I have a 5 star rating, and have never cancelled a booking. This is a must see! Please note that parking is NOT available, but there is free street parking.

It is 5-10 minutes away from Pacific Beach, Mission Beach, Mission Bay Golf, Sea World, shopping and restaurants.
