You can't be in the heart of Hammamet more than this place,if you are one two persons eventually with a kid it is the place to be if you want to see Hammamet as a local and to enjoy it from the inside like our grandparents did long time ago.If there is a must to do in hammamet is to visit the medina and the must of the medina is rue sidi abdelkader where the little studio is located meters from the grand mosque and the quranic school with its famous picturesque old style door.

The rental accommodation is located in the Komsa residence located on Rue de Nevers in front of the Miramar hotel under renovation. It is close to daytime and nighttime activities suitable for families, young people and businessmen. The residence is a 2-minute walk from the beach (verification on Maps will be sent to you after booking) and a 15-minute walk from the city center. A contracted transport agency can provide your paid transfer to and from the city.

BEAUTIFUL STUDIO ON THE GROUND FLOOR IN THE CITY CENTER

We are renting out two adjoining studios attached to the family home. These have independent access. They share a garden, terrace (with private area for each of the studios) and a small pool. We offer a real Airbnb experience, so sharing and friendliness are the watchwords. As we are always asked the same question, I would like to point out that the pool is to be shared between the guests of the two studios and that we have never had to manage its access.
