Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Biot

Thank you Stephane for your hospitality and flexibility! We arrived pretty late (after 10 pm) and it was not a problem. He was also very relaxed about us leaving the luggage until afternoon after the checkout. Very pleasant stay, we had everything we needed. The house was big enough for 3 adults and a baby. Two toilets - in the bathroom and WC - is a plus. We had all baby essentials provided - high chair, cot, baby bath, there is also (a bit old) baby swing in the garden. The only drawback is that the area in direct vicinity is not that walkable - the road leading to Biot center has very tight/no pavements for pedestrians.

Unser Aufenthalt bei Carina war perfekt! Die Unterkunft ist genau wie beschrieben und das Loft ist super ausgestattet! Carine hat bei der Ausstattung so gut wie an alles gedacht. Die Außenanlage und der Pool waren auch super. Vielen Dank für den schönen Urlaub :)

Out of all places I have stayed in, this was by far one of the top. It was so beautiful with such a great location to all the amazing sites. This was our first time in the south of France (traveling with a small child) and wanted to stay somewhere beautiful, central and quiet. This was definitely THE place. First I cannot describe how beautiful the house was and it had the most lovely sea view, it was so tranquil. Nathalie was a wonderful host and made us feel so welcome. The nearest sandy beach was about 5-10 min away in either direction. It is 3-5 walk to old town. 10-15min walk to the train station. Antibes is gorgeous and has amazing food/shopping/anything you want. We bought a 7day train pass and went to most of the other local villes and beaches. We had a fabulous vacation and were sad to leave. We would come back and rent this place again in a heart beat! Merci pour tout Nathalie!!!

We a great time at Christophe's place! It was so beautiful and peaceful. There were lots of local restaurants and his wife kindly gave us a recommendation for somewhere to eat seafood. She was especially lovely because she allowed me to practice my limited French! Christophe's son took us out on his boat for snorkeling and exploring the Cote D'Azur- a truly unforgettable experience! Thanks everyone!

Wir können die Unterkunft von Elisabeth und Clinton nur empfehlen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Zimmer war gemütlich eingerichtet und die Größe ausreichend. Beide sind sehr nette und zuvorkommende Gastgeber. Wir würden hier jederzeit wieder übernachten und sprechen eine ganz klare Empfehlung aus! Danke nochmal.

Walters Home ist eine wunderbare Oase für alle die Ruhe und Natur zu schätzen wissen! Das Haus ist mit viel Liebe und Geschmack eingerichtet, es ist alles da um sich sofort wohl zu fühlen. Besonders haben uns die großzügige Terrasse, der Wintergarten mit dem wunderschönen Blick ins Grüne gefallen! Da der beschriebene Zugang den Hang hinunter über Stock und Stein geht sind Reisetaschen definitiv die richtige Wahl und nichts für eingeschränkt mobile Gäste. Lieber Walter, auch auf diesem Weg nochmal ein herzliches Dankeschön für die Gastfreundschaft, auch die schnelle und nette Kommunikation. Gerne wieder!

Sandrine und Didier waren jederzeit sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Die Wohnung war sehr gepflegt und sauber mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Zudem war die Küche perfekt ausgestattet. Der Pool war bei den heißen Temperaturen ein Traum. Auch der Garten war wunderschön angelegt mit vielen Möglichkeiten im Schatten zu entspannen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und konnten sehr gut entspannen. Vielen lieben Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt bei euch und hoffentlich bis bald mal wieder :)

L’appartement est bien placé : le bus 98 passe tout près (arrêt Château de l’Anglais) et permet d’aller à la vieille ville en 10 minutes. Jolie piscine dans la résidence, très agréable après les journées de marche . Et le top, la vue de l’appartement, on ne s’en lasse pas !

El apartamento "Ulysses" refleja el encanto de Antibes, en una zona sumamente tranquila y silenciosa por la noche, pero lo suficientemente cerca de los lugares de interés para hacer cualquier recorrido a pie. Fue un verdaderos placer hospedarnos donde Lothar e Ismene, teniéndolo por seguro en cuenta para futuras oportunidades. Todo en el apartamento funcionó a la perfección, estaba super limpio, y se agradecen los gestos de cortesía para hacernos sentir como en casa desde el primer día.

Amandine og Stephane’s lejlighed skabte de bedste rammer for vores tur til Cannes og byerne omkring. Lejligheden ligger på den hyggeligste gade der emmer af sydfransk charme. Selve lejligheden var super flot. Fantastisk udsigt udover Cannes. Alt var virkelig rent og pænt og vi manglede ingenting. Amandine og Stéphane var der selv til at tage imod os og det skabte en dejlig velkomst. Alt i alt en super god oplevelse uden en finger at sætte på noget som helst.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit bei Mike und Corinne. Sie sind zwei sehr sympathische und super gastfreundliche Menschen. Unser Appartement war sehr gemütlich und es fehlte uns nichts. Die Wohnung war super ausgestattet. Der Garten und der Pool war wirklich paradiesisch. Wir würden jeder Zeit wieder bei den beiden unseren Urlaub verbringen. Unsere Kinder haben sich dort sehr wohl gefühlt!Danke für alles!

Arnaud a été d'une aide précieuse et a su communiquer avec moi. Bien que l'endroit soit petit, on s'y sent comme dans une maison, et la situation vaut vraiment la peine d'être visitée. Antibes est absolument magnifique ! Merci Arnaud ! Je reviendrai bientôt, j'espère :)

Stayed for a wedding in town and wished we could’ve stayed longer!! Adrien’s place is perfect for a short getaway, offering anything you’d need in a clean and organized state! Extra points for the speakers :) Merci beaucoup!

Safe, clean and easy!! Constantine made it easy for us and helped me out when I struggled a bit getting to Aéroport! He is a 5 star host!!

호스트의 친절한 안내를 들으며 숙소 바로 앞 아름다운 바다뷰 전경이 눈에 들어왔습니다. 바닷가 물놀이에 필요한 용품들을 다 준비해주셔서 매우 유용하게 썼습니다 숙소가 프라이빗하게 되어있어 조용하고 아늑했습니다. 렌트카를해서 주차하기 좋았고 이동하기 편했습니다. 이곳에서 프랑스남부의 멋진 추억을 남길 수 있었어서 너무 행복했습니다

Wir wurden herzlich begrüsst und gut informiert. Dss Appartement besitzt einen schönen Balkon mit gutem Sonnenschutz und Blick auf das Meer. Ein Parkplatz im Parkhaus war im Preis inbegriffen. Geschäfte und Restaurants sind zu Fuss schnell erreichbar. Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt.

We absolutely loved this cozy and beautiful apt. The view was worth the money! Frederic was super nice and helpful, responsive and flexible, provided recommendations for local restaurants. Walkable to the beach, coffee shops, restaurants and grocery stores. We found the parking right outside the building very easy too!

Location perfect, easy to find with parking. Stunning old property, high ceilings with views of the ocean, marina and beach. Amazing interior design throughout the apartment. Bedroom very relaxing and peaceful, comfortable superking bed, ceiling to floor window, stunning views. Shower room, fabulous. Key box for property access and parking. Céline est vraiment sympathique et aidante! Elle répond très rapidement et toujours disponible. Elle s’assure que tout est parfait et qu’il nous manque de rien. Le logement est très propre et la vue est superbe. L’épicerie juste en bas de l’immeuble est super pratique et il y a beaucoup de chose. Je recommande ce logement Merci encore Céline

Parfait, hébergement niquel et facile d’accès

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche bei Marie-Jo in ihrer Wohnung in Antibes. Alles was das Herz begehrt ist vorhanden, es fehlt an nichts! Von Kaffeemaschine, Handtücher, Flaschenöffner, Bügelbrett bis Waschmaschine und eine mehr als gut ausgestattete Küche. Der Balkon ist unser Highlight gewesen, der Ausblick reicht bis nach Nizza und weiter bis zu den Alpen - jedes magisch!! Die Wohnung ist 45-55 min zu Fuß bis in die Stadt. Man muss etwas laufen. Es gibt aber auch Fahrräder die man in der Stadt für 10€ den Tag leihen kann, denn Fahrradwege gibt es mehr als genug. Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt! :)

The apartment’s location was excellent — just a short walk from everything we needed. The amenities were thoughtfully provided, from fresh coffee to beach towels and even a sunshade, making our stay incredibly comfortable. The neighborhood felt very safe, which added to our peace of mind. We also had one of the smoothest and most pleasant check-in experiences we’ve ever had, and the host was exceptionally responsive, answering all our questions almost instantly. We would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.
