Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Biot

The rental is located in a quiet area and close to nice villages and hikes. Listing is qualitative. The owner was away when we were there, but very responsive by sms. No worries. For tenants with a dog, it should be noted that the land is not fenced and shared with the owner. The road to the accommodation is very steep!

Jean-Pierre is a very friendly and responsive host. We had a lovely time in his authentic villa with big garden and nice pool. It was as enjoyable for us, as for our dog 🐕 Victor, with the big park adjoining the garden.

Had a fantastic stay at Jon's place in Villefranche. The house is set up perfectly for a family gathering and stands up to the pictures. Well located in the hills above Villefranche-sur-mer, it served as a great base for our family to explore the area around Nice.

We stayed for a month, and everything was perfect. Marie Claire and her husband were fantastic hosts. The location is peaceful, the house and garden are lovely and completely private. It’s just a short and safe walk into the village which is probably the best in the entire region. Great shops, plenty of cafes and restaurants, and a decent sized supermarket. Everyone we interacted with was super friendly and helpful. Having lived over in the Fayence area in the past we were extremely impressed with Roquefort-Les-Pins, it is within easy reach of all the attractions in the area and on the coast. We hope to book again.

We loved our stay, perfect for our large family

We had a couple of nights at this very sweet property. Cabris is a very quaint and pretty village with amazing views. We went to Grasse and did a perfume workshop which was really good fun and came away with our unique perfume. Can’t fault the property would recommend.

My friends and I had a wonderful stay. The villa was beautiful and had everything we were looking for. It was so lovely waking up to the beautiful views and we loved the pool. Had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend. Jesper was really responsive to any questions we had. Thank you for a lovely stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Dominique's. The surroundings are fantastically beautiful – surrounded by nature, quiet and full of positive energy. Just the right place to unwind and relax. The house itself is lovingly designed and very well maintained. Dominique is a very warm and attentive hostess who makes sure that you feel completely comfortable with a lot of commitment. I cannot say enough about how much we enjoyed our accommodations! This delightful apartment was the perfect size for us, well decorated and peaceful. It is convenient to just about anywhere you want to explore, but there is plenty to do even if you just stay in the beautiful local area. We loved the beach, the gorgeous rooftop pool, the array of restaurants, the natural attractions and the market across the street. Many thanks to Florian, a thoughtful, friendly and welcoming host who responded quickly to any questions we had. We are thrilled to have found this gem and are already looking forward to booking it again!

Perfect location. Easy access to the beach. Great for day trips to Cannes, Eze, Monaco. Covered car parking was really helpful. The place was nice and clean. Recommend 100%.

Teresa’s place exceeded my wife’s and my expectations. Not only is the unit one of the cleanest we’ve ever experienced, but it felt high-end, complete with robes, slippers, comfortable bedding, and a very nice bathroom equipped with not only great-smelling bath gel, shampoo, and conditioner, but body lotion (all of which my wife appreciated) and even other items you might find in mid-and-upper-range hotel rooms. We cooked just about every night in the well-equipped kitchen and enjoyed the views from the balcony, sitting outside whenever we had the chance. The nearby bakeries were also perfect for morning pastries and daily baguettes, and the market near the police station had a great selection of local wines, ciders, produce, etc. The Smart TV allowed us to log into our streaming accts. and Wi-fi was great. Once we figured out how to use the combo washer/dryer, we appreciated having the ability to do a few loads of laundry. We had a thoroughly great time during our stay.

We had a wonderful one-week stay at Ana Lorena’s apartment between June 10 and 17. It was myself, my husband, and our two kids, and from the moment we arrived, Ana Lorena made us feel completely at home. She is an exceptional host—thoughtful, kind, and incredibly attentive to every detail. The apartment was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed (and more!) for a comfortable and relaxing stay. It exceeded all our expectations. Ana Lorena truly went above and beyond to make our experience a great one. We are so grateful for the hospitality and would wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone. If you’re considering booking, don’t hesitate—this is one of those rare finds that truly deserves more than 5 stars!

Amélie's place was perfect for us, just as it appears in the photos. We were there without a car and were able to walk into St Paul de Vence via a pretty path to the side of the road, and catch the bus to places that were further afield from the nearby bus stop. We loved the view from the terrace.

Thank you very much for the wonderful time at your terrific villa. This place exceeded our expectations: it is highly equipped, modern, beautiful, and cozy. The view and the garden are just stunning. We were choosing among several other villas, and we were definitely lucky to stay here. You truly feel at home. Every detail in this place is filled with great attention, soul, and love. The only small point was with the heated pool — although we paid for it in cash, the water (including at the supply holes) remained chilly, so we couldn’t tell or proof if it was actually heated. Other than that, it’s really impressive how well you take care of this villa. We were two families, six people in total, and a small dog. The direct access from the bedrooms to the garden was a perfect feature for our little fluffy friend. Thanks once again for your hospitality and thanks a lot for making our stay so enjoyable! 🤗

Stephanie was a wonderful host. The house was perfect in beautiful surroundings. Very modern and it had absolutely everything we needed for us and our 8 month old baby including a high chair and multiple baby baths to choose from. A great flat just same as picture even better in person. Proactive hosts and frequently texted me to make sure everything. Loved the pool for residents. Sadly didn’t have chance to go to a beach close by. But it wasn’t good location if you don’t have car. Spent much money and time for the buses and train. Took 20mins by walk to go to Antibes station. And sometimes 620 bus comes every 30minutes/1h from Nice after evenings. But calmer and private place. It was a great deal. Highly recommended if they have a car even if you don’t, still a good deal.
