The house is located in the historic center of Portoferraio, in the upper part of the city, inside the Medici walls, built by Cosimo de' Medici in 1548, Grand Duke of Florence, descendant of Lorenzo de' Medici. Here the true Elban spirit still survives today. The house is a 40 sqm two-room apartment, with two small bedrooms, a living room, kitchenette and bathroom. Comfortable studio apartment in a pedestrian area in the historic center of Portoferraio overlooking a characteristic square. In about 10 minutes on foot you can reach the beautiful white beach of Ghiaie and the ferry boarding. Independent entrance on the raised ground floor, about 35 square meters, living room with kitchenette with induction hobs and sleeping area with double bed without openings to the outside but overlooking the living area that has two large French doors.
