We enjoyed our stay! The villa was private, had lots of space to enjoy and various amenities to take advantage of during our stay. The water pressure in the showers could have been better but no complaints overall.

I had a comfortable stay, and the host was both friendly and responsive.

Koi was a wonderful and considerate host, especially accommodating our late checkout due to a delayed flight. The place itself was cozy, clean, and very comfortable. I would definitely book it again when we return to Vietnam.

Cozy and clean apartment in a great central location. The host was friendly and responsive, and everything worked perfectly.

Great location, great apartment, felt right at home cosy very spacious clean with a good view of the city. the apartment is very big with a lot of space and a cozy living room area where you can sit down and do your work while watching the television. kitchen space has all the amenities to cook a lovely meal in the comfort of your own living area. The location is not right in the city centre so it is more peaceful in the surrounding areas there are many coffee shops and restaurants nice Road to walk along during the daytime and evening. Just a slight warning the apartment is on the top floor with loads of steps and no elevator so going in and out of the building continuously will be a slight issue for anyone old or has any health or leg issues.

My plans changed, so unfortunately I couldn't stay as long as I would have liked. The host was extremely cooperative and professional. The unit is located near a few universties, so there are coffee spots and places to grab a bite that are open all night. If I'm ever in the area again, I would definitely check out this place again.

It’s the perfect apartment for family, with three rooms and everything you need to accommodate adults and kids (high chair, cot, baby bath, kids carpet). But be minded that you cannot use the pool located at the property due to building policy regarding short term stay. The check in is a bit late and check out early, but if they have no bookings they will let you check in earlier and check out later, which is always very appreciated. The team is extra supportive and available, it’s one of our favorite place to stay in the city.

This is the second time I've used it. I left it in the last review, but... Overall, I'm satisfied with the accommodation, but the flaw is that there are ants, and I don't know if it's me or not, but it seems like the TV doesn't work with YouTube. Still, compared to the location, I had a good rest.

Everything was fine, except the floor was a bit dirty and the bathroom drain was clogged. However, the host responded quickly and sent staff to fix it right away. The air conditioning worked very well, and a big plus was having a washer and dryer in the house — very convenient for a longer stay.

Great location, great community, most importantly great views. It was a great 5day fleet away holiday in Saigon. We are glad choose this sky house. My brother and I were enjoyed the whole duration!

Clean and beautiful unit at a Top Class location in Ho chi minh. Landmark81 at the doorstep. Walking distance to the parks and Saigon river. Plenty of convenience, groceries, cafes, restaurants. Quiet at night. Was able to enjoy a good rest

The flat was exactly as described in the listing—spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and with a very neat and inviting ambiance. It truly felt like a home away from home. Great location if you're looking to be a little bit further out of the business of District 1, but close at the same time. loads of food carts and restaurants, coffee shops, mini marts, and 2 large malls. The apartment has comfy beds and a great sofa! Air con throughout, everything you need. The pool is such a great bonus, especially as a break from the weather. We loved our stay!
