Kim’s place is perfect. She has been such a nice host and her place truly shows a place deserving 5 stars. Everything is spotless clean, everything you need is here. Location is perfect for travellers, a little away grom the crowd but close enough to all the action. My family stayed here for a week and we enjoyed every moment. Thank you for welcoming us to your beautiful home. Highly recommend.

A nice spot in a great location! WiFi was good and easy to do video calls. Nice watching YouTube on the projector… I really enjoyed that part! A clean and comfortable place. Excellent communication. Would recommend to everyone!

I truly enjoyed my stay at La Maison D’Anna! It was a perfect, quiet and safe place to return to (something really important as a solo female traveler) after a day of exploring HCM. The air conditioning and fan worked perfectly which is much needed for the city’s heat! I enjoyed my stay.

Family-friendly condominium.It was a great stay. The property is one of the iconic condominiums in Thao Dien, Ho Chi Minh City's upscale residential district.Since it is an area where many foreign residents live, I don't think it would be difficult for people visiting from outside Vietnam to get used to it.The common area of the property has a children's playground (both indoors and outdoors!)It was equipped with a pool and gym, and the maintenance seemed to be well done.We were traveling with our 2-year-old daughter, and the playground and pool were very helpful in tiring her out. The room was equipped with everything you need except laundry detergent, and we had a pleasant time from the day we checked in.I was grateful for the weekly cleaning and linen change service.One point, the bed is hard, so you may want to be careful if you don't like them. The host, Steven, always responded quickly and accurately, so I felt very safe.As an example, we had a problem with the bedroom curtain rail breaking during our stay, and they immediately sent out repair staff. Overall, it was a very satisfying stay.I recommend this place to stay.

This is my second time in HoChiMinh and stayed at Tien’s. Really easy and fast to communicate with Tien and the house quality is just same as image and explanation. If I have another chance to visit the city, I’ll definitely choose Tien’s place again.

I loved Thao’s place. It was clean and very cozy with a lovely balcony, a small kitchen in the room, and the full kitchen downstairs. Sometimes the street can be a little bit noisy, but I enjoyed the sounds of local life. This place is close to the center, there are a lot of local place to eat and drink coffee. I’d love to stay here again)

I had a wonderful stay at this unique and stylish room. The host was incredibly warm and welcoming, making check-in and communication a breeze. The space is impressively smart and well-equipped with modern technology, which added a lot of convenience. While the room is a bit small and doesn’t get much natural light, it’s cozy and thoughtfully designed. Overall, a great experience and I’d definitely recommend it!

The room was very clean, convenient and located near loads of restaurants. It’s walking distance to District 1 + Grab is cheap to use as a tourist if you want to go further away. I was lucky to be on the top floor as the bathroom basin is not private so if you’re on another floor you might bump into people. However, I never did even though other people stayed there. Note that there’s no elevator and you might have to carry your large suitcase through a narrow staircase but that wasn’t a problem as Anh was very helpful. More than the AirBnb (even though I really enjoyed my stay), I want to thank Anh for her hospitality! I feel like I made a friend across the world. She was extremely welcoming, gave me loads of recommendations and even took me around the city to ensure I didn’t just enjoy my stay but my trip overall. So so happy I picked this place and I would pick it again if I came back!

We had a great stay at Hai’s place. The location was in easy walking distance to a bunch of cafes and food spots which we greatly appreciated. We only stayed here for one night due to our prior flight arrangements, so the proximity to the airport was also a plus (sub-15 minute ride). Our only issue was a woman across the street who continuously yelled throughout the entire night. We didn’t get much sleep because of this, but it’s certainly not a reflection on the quality of Hai’s apartment - just something to note.

Trung has created such a tasteful and cozy space! While the area can get a bit loud during the day, it's to be expected given its central location, and Trung thoughtfully provided earplugs for us. He was incredibly attentive to our needs and even allowed us a late checkout when we were running behind on our departure day.

Tien Zoe was such a sweet host and her place was perfect for us. Super stylish, cute tucked away location and perfect for our stay, as we needed to fly out early to the airport the following day. We wished we could have stayed longer! Tien Zoe gave us the best local food places and was just a lovely host. Thank you for having us!

We spent two weeks at Jay's apartment and it was very comfortable and in a good location. We had to do a little cleaning in the kitchen before using it, but otherwise the apartment was clean and had what we needed. The location was great because it was close to a major road and a mall, but set back enough to be quiet. There are a lot of good restaurants within walking distance.

An Thi My was very responsive and helpful. She made the visit to HCM better.

This is definitely a great apartment for a longer stay and especially if you want to get around and enjoy the amazing restaurant scene of D2. Tung and Van are great hosts and were super responsive and welcoming to accommodate us. We definitely recommend this apartment.

Okie the place was clean and nice design. The apartment is fully furnished and has a nice view. The central location of the project and the apartment is right at the iconic city tower, so it feels superior. Around there are many luxurious and delicious restaurants, there are supermarkets and parking, convenient transportation. The minus point is to experience the entrance with the ban of business abnb causing a feeling of insecurity. Going to the elevator lobby requires a staff member to press for you and sometimes doesn't recognize you in the crowd so it's a bit inconvenient. The swimming pool and resident's utilities are not to be used. I see okie with the price because compared to the hotel next to the price is 2 times 1 night is very good with what is provided.
