This was an absolutely beautiful place. What a rest and a view. Beautiful house and apartments, tastefully decorated and equipped with everything. We were the only ones at that time, we had the pool wonderfully to ourselves. Valerie is a nice woman who is always there for you. She responds very quickly and is helpful. A spontaneous and nice woman in a beautiful place in Italy! All in all, a beautiful place to spend time. We will definitely come back again.

This is our second time staying in this house, we enjoyed it so much the first time. The area is fantastic, the house very well decorated and clean. In addition, the private pool and the beautiful cities all around - perfect. Only restriction: nothing works without a car, the house is too remote for that.

Manuela & Adriano are wonderful hosts - always available to help and just charming. The apartment is well out fitted, spotless, and in a magnificent setting. We felt immediately at home, enjoyed delicious aperitif outside watching the sunset.This is definitely a visit again place !!

Thoroughly enjoyed bbq-ing at the picnic table in the private garden with view of Montelpuciano Lake and striking ever-changing color sunsets, while our dog happily pranced on the daisy covered grass. The place was better in person than in the website photos, clean and very cozy. It has complete kitchen utensils, a cabinet full of variety of wine glasses, and nice the pellet fireplace. We appreciate Susi's generosity and attention to details. We were welcomed with a bottle of wine, a bouquet of fresh flowers, and olive oil from her garden. She was quick in responding and provided good info for nearby attractions. Susi is so cheerful and caring. This made our 17 day stay there a warm and wonderful experience. And oh... our dog loooovvvveees her too. Surrounded by beautiful nature, it is a great romantic place for quiet and relaxation.
