Second time taking advantage of the opportunity to book and it was just as great as first time. Such a lovely view and great restaurants are such a short drive. Beach is short one minute walk and county does nice job keeping beaches cleaned. We would highly recommend checking out the nest !

It was a beautiful house very open floor plan , perfect size for my family . The pool was a HUGE hit with my kids . The beach and the little shops and restaurants being a couple blocks down was also great . We even enjoyed the company of the little lizards here and there😅 It was a perfect little vacation! From the moment we got into the house, we were completely amazed by how beautiful the inside was. Very spacious, welcoming and comfortable. We rented this beach house for our wedding party to stay in. Everyone fit comfortably and had their own space. The bridal party had the second floor to get ready, and the groom and groomsmen had the bottom to get ready. Made staying separate really easy. The pool was the cherry on top. After a long day of wedding activities, it was so nice to relax by the pool outside to end the night with our wedding party. We would definitely stay again.

This is a beautiful home with great proximity to the beach, many nice restaurants and attractions! Make sure to hit up Lil’ Rays nearby for some good seafood!

The apartment itself was clean and organized and for an older place was in decent shape. This was one of the more affordable places in the area that met our requirements. That being said, you are getting what you pay for. I consider it a place to stay, not to hang out at. While it does say it has a balcony, it is the front entrance and if you sit out there you can look at the parking lot or the apartment building across the parking lot. I am unsure whether it's a 10-minute walk to the beach as you have to wind through an older residential section with no sidewalks to get out. We did not walk it, but a younger couple that was staying in another apartment did. If you are looking for a basic place to stay at for reasonable price and not looking to hang out and relax at, I would recommend this location.

We booked the nest to use as getting ready space for my wedding. It was great for that purpose. The nest also made a peaceful spot to relax the day after. Everyone was helpful and responsive. It was hard for me to tell from the photos, but their are four rooms. You enter into a landing space with a coffee station. Then their is a little sitting room to the left side with a drawing table and love seat. Directly across from the front door is a bathROOM it is rather large for the size of the space and has a dressing room space behind the toilet. To the right is the bedroom with a bed, sitting chair, and dresser. Not an enormous space but fair nice.

I was very happy with the stay! Perfect location near the beach and restaurants. Very clean, the owners are responsive and helpful. I love the delicious muffins that were left for me upon my arrival and the rooms were cozy and contained everything that I needed. Great coffee, nice towels, beach towels and bikes were available if I needed them. This will be my go to location when visiting family in Ocean Springs. Thank you!

Very homey and clean. Really liked the locked gated feature where not just anybody could get in there. Cozy little one bedroom apartment on the second floor

Had another wonderful week in the Studio. Such a great location and love being enveloped in trees! Barbara is always pleasant and lively, she’s an inspiration.

My mother-in-law and kiddos enjoyed their stay! Maddy was an amazing host! She knew that GPS wouldn’t take them to the home so with her patience and help they were able to find it no issues! The area was quiet and serene. The pool was clean and lovely to swim in. The home itself was beautiful and clean as well! All and all it was an amazing stay and perfect for a little getaway!

When you walk into this condo, it was welcoming and smelled so good. It had everything I needed and more. I will definitely be staying again. If you’re in Biloxi, MS, I highly recommend.

We celebrated my husband's birthday weekend at this residence. The property was extremely comfortable, with clear instructions provided. Its proximity to local restaurants, game shops, and the beach was a notable advantage. Orlando and Gina demonstrated exceptional responsiveness to our inquiries. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and anticipate returning soon.

This place was perfect for having my grandkids. The pool was next to the house and the playground was also.

We enjoyed our stay even though it at was a short one. The only issue we had was trying to get a parking pass. We arrived at 3:30 and the office wasn't supposed to close until 5:00. However, there was nobody in the office. Security was supposed to be on the premises at 7:00 p.m., but my husband looked for security and they were not present even though sometime during the night someone gave us a warning. I went back to the office the next morning and it wasn't open. I was lucky and happened upon someone who worked on the property, and she was able to access the parking passes. Management needs to do better as far as keeping the office open during its stated hours. Turns out security is only there for 30 minutes in the evenings.

Very accommodating, change my stay like at least 5 times due to work and he found a way to keep me comfortable. Really enjoyed the stay, will be back again!!

Great location for everything we wanted to do. Easy to get to the beach that was across the street. Complex was very nice and quiet. Plenty of parking. The condo was very nice and clean. Had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again. Host got back to us very quickly when we had a question.
