Comprenant une pièce principale avec cuisine équipée, table pour le repas et clic-clac. la seconde pièce est une chambre située dans la mezzanine à l'étage. Une salle de bain avec douche à l'italienne, lavabo et WC. Ainsi qu'un espace extérieur privatif (terrasse, table et chaise). Pour les personnes ne pouvant accéder à l étage un canapé convertible est disponible en bas pour 2 personnes

OLD PRESBYTERY - 17th Century

This old 17th century presbytery has been entirely renovated. It is on the top of a little hill and has 500 m². This property is peaceful and surrounded by vineyards - only 20 km SE away from Bordeaux. If you love old historical properties, singular houses and places which have a story, you are at the right place ! Our house is a safe haven, it offers a 10 people capacity with 5 bedrooms (2 master bedrooms) and 3 bathrooms. Bedlinen and towels included.

The chalet is located in Biganos at the crossroads of the Arcachon Bay (Cap Ferret, Bordeaux and Arcachon). Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. It consists of a main room with a 160 bed, a small equipped kitchen (dishwasher, espresso machine, toaster, kettle, microwave oven, grill, refrigerator and induction stove. Bathroom with walk-in shower. A mezzanine with a 140 cm bed. Outside, a Jacuzzi for 4 people and a terrace with sunbathing.

Large fully equipped studio full of charm and sunny, with very nice 11 m² terrace with garden view. Located in the heart of the authentic Aiguillon district with its many shops and restaurants. The marina is at the foot of the residence. The coastal path will take you to the TESTE oyster port past the pretty fishermen's huts and the unmissable Cabane de l'Aiguillon Arcachon Beach is a 15-minute walk away.

The chalet consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a single mezzanine bed, a baby bed available, a functional kitchenette, equipped with a dining area, a bathroom separate from the toilet for more comfort. The chalet is air-conditioned and equipped with mosquito nets for peaceful nights. Bed, bath and kitchen linens, cleaning and pet accommodation are available for an extra charge.

The cabin is closely situated to Arcachon Bay (5min drive), 30min drive from Cap Ferret, 3Omin from Bordeaux Mérignac and only a 8min bike ride away from the city center. Close to endless bicycle routes.

Biganos, ideally located between Arcachon and Cap-Ferret, will allow you to discover, thanks to its location, the beaches of the bay, the ocean and the typical ports of our beautiful region.
