On the ground floor, veranda with a sitting area and wood stove, an equipped kitchen, a dining area and a living room with TV. As well as a shower room and a separate toilet. Upstairs, 3 bedrooms with 140 cm double beds Bathroom and independent toilet. Outside: Garden furniture, barbecue, bike shed, etc.

Authentic oyster farming district. Train station 400m away. Atypical for the comfort provided by the wood, its terraces, its water environment (between the port and the 'canelot'), its views, its swimming pool and the neighbor's oysters - the best in the Basin. This is my personal home.

Great for vacations for families or groups of friends where everyone can enjoy indoor and outdoor comfort. 200 meters from the center, 300 meters from the port, 450 meters from the beach, and a short walk to the bike path. The pool is heated from mid-May to September 15 and is secure, with a 1-meter beach for the little ones with a beautiful outdoor terrace. The villa is fully air-conditioned (thermostats in each room)

During school holidays, rent from Saturday to Saturday only.
