Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Big Sky

We ended our stay in Wyoming here and it was wonderful. Not only is this place adorably decorated but it also has the most spectacular views! I don't think I could ever get tired of the mountain views here...I wish we could have stayed longer. Liz was wonderful to chat with and gave excellent suggestions for local places to check out as well. Best place we stayed all week.

This place is phenomenal! From the beautiful views, to the wonderful house, to the high quality furnishings and appliances, to being excellently equipped, this vacation home was a PERFECT place to stay while exploring the northern half of Yellowstone. While we did not have any issues to discuss with Kameko, any questions we had were responded to quickly. If we return to this area, there is a very good chance we would return.

Paradise Vista is truly paradise. Beautiful views can be seen from every single window of the house with two comfortable patios to enjoy those views from the outside. The house is immaculately clean and is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need making it feel just like home. Diane and Paul made everything really easy and everything is very organized.

If you are looking for a beautiful, modern space with complete privacy from all neighboring homes, this is your spot! We were looking for a beautiful home with views and a hot tub and this house ended up being exactly what we wanted. The views from every window are incredible. The house is gorgeous and was very well furnished and equipped for all of our needs. There is a small mountain stream that runs behind the house and it is so peaceful to sit out on the deck with coffee or a glass of wine and listen to the running water. The hosts were so gracious and responsive when I had questions about anything. Highly recommend this house and we loved it so much, we intend to return in the future.

We had an incredible stay at this cozy cabin tucked away in the Gallatin Canyon. It's the perfect home base for exploring the area — we hit Yellowstone, Big Sky, and downtown Bozeman, all within an easy drive. The cabin itself is clean, well-appointed, and full of character. We loved the Viking range and the fully stocked kitchen, which made it easy to cook meals after long days of adventuring. The living spaces are inviting, with a beautiful view upstairs and a cozy wood stove downstairs. The board games and books were a nice touch too. A heads-up: there’s no cell service in the canyon, so be sure to download directions and save a picture of the cabin before heading in. Once you find it (look for the 55220 on the deck), you’re in for a peaceful retreat just steps from the Gallatin River. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking to unwind and explore one of the most scenic parts of Montana. We'll definitely be back!

location was perfect. Surrounded by nature, yet close to restaurants and town. Took our 2 yr old granddaughter. Pack n Play and highchair at the house made our life easier. Host was even so kind as to let us stay a little past Check out so our granddaughter could get a nap before we had to travel home. We found the house to be well stocked with everything we needed. The only issue for us was my 6'4" son trying to navigate the upstairs with its slanted ceilings. Would stay here again!

Cory has created such a comfy and cool space. We fell in love with the neighborhood, the fun architecture, which includes many very fun reading nooks, and of course the worldly art! It was the kind of place you visit and don’t want to leave. Cory’s caretaker Sarah is perhaps the most friendly human, who so warmly welcomed us, was engaging, and also gave us plenty of privacy. Oh and Cory has written the BEST welcome guide I’ve ever seen! We just love this home and cannot wait to visit again!

We ran into car trouble on our way to Bozeman, but after reaching out to Stephen, he quickly helped us relocate with no hassle and went above and beyond to assist us with the situation. He was a fantastic host, and if you're planning a stay in Big Sky, I highly recommend working with him for a smooth and stress-free trip.

Perfect place for two of us to stay during our fishing trip. It was centrally located to many outdoor activities, as well as nearby conveniences in town. Everything was as advertised, and Nate was very responsive to our questions. Would definitely stay again.

Jennifer is always responsive and helpful whenever needed. She attends to needs and is sensitive to things that are important to me. I've stayed here multiple times and I will stay here again.

We were extremely comfortable in the Cozy Wolf Lodge, the location was perfect as it was very close to the park as well as general stores and restaurants! Caitlyn was accommodating with the last minute additional guest request. The space is awesome too, the bathrooms are big and comfortable as well as the rooms! I will definitely stay again and highly recommend to anyone who wants to visit Yellowstone National Park !

The condo very much fit our needs. Easily accessible and conveniently close to skiing which is what we came to do. The condo was stocked well with the things we needed. Check in times and check out times were the best I’ve ever had. I very much appreciate the mention of the stairs to access the condo so we knew what to expect. Just would not recommend the amount of stairs to elderly people or those who have trouble climbing stairs. We had a great time staying there!

Maya's place was exactly as she described. Met her husband and he said if we needed anything to let them know. The location worked very well for us. The bed was very comfortable - I found the pillows a bit hard, but managed to work something out for me. The shower had plenty of hot water and was very clean. It's one of those 3 x 3 squared ones. Two sets of towels. All in all we were pleased with the place and we would definitely stay here again. Maya is a great host.

It is hard to find places as well put together as this. Given how insane a basic hotel room is in Bozeman you WILL be hard pressed to find someone who provides you with a space this clean, modern, and comfortable. David is an exceptional host.

We were in town for a family illness and funeral. Craig was very flexible about our need to change plans several times and supportive on a personal level as well. Thank you so much, Craig.

Highly recommend staying here!! I loved the location! The bed was really comfortable and big. It was quiet, even though it was close to restaurants and a bar. The apartment is nicely decorated, comfortable, and incredibly clean. The host communicated well and even reached out to personalize the experience I recommend staying here for sure!!!

Great access to big sky ski resort. Clean and had everything we needed.

This is an amazing gem to stay at if you are visiting Ennis!! I loved the views and all the amenities the property had to offer! Max was responsive and a great host! I hope to stay here again in the future!

This place has a view of big sky mountain like no other! Very neatly decorated and clean, we enjoyed our stay here and would love to return. Definitely a recommended place to stay in Big Sky!

My friend and I arrived at John's place at 2am after our flight in from Bozeman. John was communicative and understood that we would be checking in late. He also made sure to ask if we found everything alright and got to the place safety. The apartment was sunny for a basement level apartment. Huge rooms with two full size beds in one and a king in the other. Super clean, well maintained as well as it seems freshly renovated. Having a washer / dryer shared between apartments was fantastic. Even better yet, having all the boot dryers in the mudroom was such a plus. I brought my own from home and I would have saved some space in my luggage if I knew there were boot dryers there! Location was fantastic, everything was within walking distance. Big Sky Resort was around less than a 15 min drive, and I have not tested out the shuttles yet but I saw that they were operating pretty regularly between the resort and the town.
