It was an amazing place to stay. Everything was perfect for our get-away.

Very clean and spacious! We loved the amenities on the property. It’s very kid friendly and we can’t wait to come back in the summer time!

We had a great stay. The place was much larger than we expected which was nice. Only down side was that the amenities are closed due to covid still and would have been nice to know ahead of time. Other than that great place and highly recommend!

Great communication. Described accurately. A minor hiccup upon check in, as the front desk asked for documentation directly from Jessie. After waiting for his response (just a few minutes) the staff checked us in with no further problem. It was an issue with them not having our names initially. All worked out quickly. Good location next to a spa/jacuzzi and a brief walk to the pool and club house. Spent some time with the kids at the club house. There were arcade games, pool tables, TV, juke box, ping pong table, etc. The games were a bit pricey, but still had fun. Overall it was a great experience and would stay again.

I'm more than just satisfied. That property belongs to the famous hotel chain that was a good surprise for me. And it gives a better price than if to book it officially and no availability on the website. Well, just lucky to find this deal!

A perfect blend between cabin living and hotel like hospitality. Location is great - close to the lake and not far from the village.

We loved our stay here in Big Bear! This place is wonderful! I would highly recommend it! The place is absolutely beautiful, spacious, quiet and has anything you would need right down to the salt and pepper. Check-in desk is always open, and available to answer questions. There were a couple of hot tubs and since we arrived prior to the weekend one night we had it all to ourselves. We were in Big Bear to attend the wedding and found the location conveniently located. A couple things about the area: It isn’t in walking distance to area they refer to as “The Village” that has the little shops etc but it is just a couple minute drive to the village and the lake. I brought my paddle board but didn’t end up using it because anything that goes in the water requires an inspection first and I was short on time ( so prepare for that). We enjoyed the “Castle Rock” trail instead. I did a lot of research selecting this place and it paid off! You won’t be disappointed.

It was super nice! The front living room was super cozy with a fireplace. The place was really clean and had pool towels plus bath towels. The check in was extremely easy! I loved the place and the price!! Will definitely stay again

Great place to stay! Checking in and out was easy and the facilities such as the jacuzzi was perfect after a day on the mountain. The room was stocked with everything you could need and the washer and dryer made cleaning and warming up snow gear for the mountain a plus. Lastly the location of the resort was perfect being within 5mins or less of both Summit&Bear, the grocery stores, and fast food restaurants.

Absolutely loved the apartment big spacious comfortable beds quiet .Definitely gonna make this place a regular spot to stay .

Check-in was 4pm, but due to cleaning delays we didn’t get in until almost 7pm. No fault of Gina’s though. Gina was very responsive and we were able to arrange a late checkout (normally 10am, extended until 12pm). I am a nurse and understand short staffing. Grateful to those that show up to work and get it done! Note to self….never buy a bag of ice until you know for certain you can check in 🤦‍♀️. Lots of things to do in the complex, and my teenagers loved the hot tub after night snowboarding. It was supposed to be a day trip, but my girls begged to spend the night. All and all, a great stay.

Property appears to be a time share. Wifi is available for purchase, not free like other AirBNB. Wifi only allows two devices, so if you have multiple devices to connect, you may need to buy more wifi coverage. I do suggest separate WIFI access for the property, but I'm unsure if the operators allow that.
