The guest area is located on the 2nd floor under the roof and includes a 12 m² small sleeping chamber and a kitchenette. The 140 cm wide wooden bed is intended for one person. Together we use the well-equipped kitchen as well as the bathroom and toilet on the first floor. Bath and hand towels are available. You are also welcome to stay in the garden. Approximately 10 minutes' walk to the main and bus station in the center of Gütersloh. Bakery, cafes, and (organic) shopping facilities are in the immediate vicinity.

Our spacious guests floor (100m²) including a large super comfy living room with wood fired oven, will be exclusively yours for the duration of your stay. Each morning you will awake to our fresh organic farm breakfast, served in your private living room. (Please note, we are a working smallholding bed and breakfast, our guests floor does not include a kitchen but there are plenty of options to eat out nearby.)

Our cozy guest room is on the ground floor with access to the garden. A shower room/toilet is connected via the short hallway. The small breakfast is included in the price of the overnight stay - from 7:00 am - which I am happy to prepare on request. We live in the rural area of Steinhagen at the gates of : Halle/W. 10km / Gütersloh 12km / Bielefeld 18km. I prefer female guests, yet all requests are always answered individually, gentlemen : )

Das Appartement besteht aus Wohnzimmer, Schlafzimmer, Bad. Im Schlafzimmer steht ein Doppelbett, im Wohnzimmer eine ausziehbare Couch (1,20 m Liegebreite). Es ist hochwertig möbliert und mit komfortablem Korkboden ausgelegt. Im Sommer ist Gartennutzung möglich, es gibt einen Parkplatz und Unterstellmöglichkeiten für Fahrräder. Wir wohnen dörflich, die A2 kann mit dem Auto in 15 Minuten erreicht werden.

The attic of this quarry stone house built in 1865 has been completely newly expanded. It has a wonderfully quiet location with views of fields and trees! Rest is guaranteed here! Within walking distance is the golf course and a lake, around which you can wonderfully walk or jog. Bike tours can be easily planned from here... It is about 5 km to the beautiful old town

5 room 120 sqm apartment with 2 balconies

If you stay at this centrally located home, your family has all the important points of contact nearby. In the apartment is a bed 2x2 meters, a 90x200cm cot, an Ikea Hemnes "sofa bed" 90x200cm (but you can pull out to 140x200). Then there are two sofa beds in our guest room, pulled out about 140x200cm. In the living room there is a large sofa with spring mattress.

This stylish space is the perfect fit for a longer stay with every comfort. The apartment offers a spacious open-plan sleeping living area with high quality double bed, dining area, reading area and integrated kitchen. A terrace with garden furniture invites you to eat & linger. There is a modern separate bathroom. The holiday apartment has 50 square meters.

In the newly built room, a quiet place for relaxation can be found after excursions to the Osnabrücker / Teutoburger Land. Fantastic tranquility with the possibility to accommodate horses and take horseback riding in the surrounding area. Or take your time and rest in our small wellness area. Plunge pool and beach chair are available outdoors in summer.

Caravan Low Budget

The farm is nearby from family-friendly activities, public transport, and nightlife. The farm is good for couples, solo adventurers and furry friends (pets=small extra charge). Ideally suited for spring foxes! You sleep in a caravan in meadow. Everything is provided (towels, bedding/ sleeping bag). Enjoy the nature!
