The mini kitchen comes with cooker, fridge, microwave, kettle, small table with chairs, etc. There's a level floor bathroom with shower and washing machine. Free and safe parking next to the house. Shopping by car in 5-10 minutes, public transport is a 5-15 minute walk. By car, it's 10 to 15 minutes to the city of Bielefeld. There is no charge for final cleaning. Please leave the property in the same condition as when you arrived. Thank you.

Built in 1895, the house was renovated and fully modernized by us in 2015. We are a very nice Hs community, a total of 4 parties live in the house. We also live on the ground floor, door to the door, so to speak, and we will be available for questions. The apartment is furnished with everything and if something is missing, or a washing machine is needed, we can help with anything.
