You will come to the Bramberg Smaragdbahn, which takes you to the Wildkogel ski or hiking arena. You can start your cycling tours directly at our house, as we are located directly on the bike path. Doesn't that sound like the ideal base for an active family vacation in the summer or winter?

Our Chalet Obenland is located on the sunny mountain above the village of Bramberg am Wildkogel in the Kitzbühel Alps. As soon as we look out the window, we feel connected to nature. For many years, we have fallen in love with this piece of paradise again and again: while skiing, hiking, mountain biking, paragliding, emerald prospecting, at the largest waterfalls in Europe in Krimml... Wildkogel Arena is about 5 minutes away, Kitzbühel ski area approx. 15 minutes Gerlos-Königsleiten, Zell am See/Kaprun about 25 minutes.

Our house is right on the edge of the forest in idyllic tranquility, but is super connected. Bike path as well as the cross-country trail are right at the property. "Smaragdbahn" Wildkogel is 5 minutes' reach. Studio is located at the bottom part of the house with separate entrance and directly attached carport. Your ski or bikes will also fit in there. We have set up our lovingly furnished mini apartment mainly for our family visit and rent out the periods in between.
