I had a wonderful 3-day stay at this apartment in Zadar. The highlight was the private and peaceful location near the sea—absolutely perfect for relaxing. The view of the sea from the bedroom was stunning, especially at sunrise and sunset. Though it’s around 8 km from the city center, the quiet atmosphere and scenic surroundings more than make up for it. The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and just steps away from the beach. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a serene coastal getaway. Hope to return someday!

Nasz wyjazd był bardzo udany. Idealne miejsce dla większej grupy osób, nas było 8. Duzy ogród zapewniał swobodę i sprawił dużo frajdy naszym dzieciom. Miejsce do grillowania spokojnie pomieściło nas wszystkich. Z czystym sumieniem mogę polecić dom i Jelene jako gospodynie.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt! Die Unterkunft war sauber, geräumig und ideal für einen entspannten Urlaub mit Freunden oder der Familie. Der Gastgeber war super freundlich und hat uns sogar frisches, bio Gemüse geschenkt – das Beste, das wir je probiert haben! Der Grillbereich war ein echtes Highlight, da wir gerne grillen. Die Lage ist ruhig, mit Strand und Restaurants fußläufig erreichbar. Perfekt auch für Gäste mit Auto – es gibt einen schönen, großzügigen Parkplatz. Wir können die Unterkunft absolut empfehlen, wenn man Zadar besucht!

Ana und ihr Mann waren sehr nett von Beginn an. Das Haus war wunderschön, besonders der Whirlpool hat es uns angetan. Die Lage ist super, man läuft 5 min zum Supermarkt und 10min zum Strand und hat auch eine tolle Busanbindung nach Zadar. Insgesamt war es ein richtig toller Trip !

Sanja hat uns trotz verspäteter Landung 1:30 in der Nacht herzlich empfangen und sich sogar noch die Zeit genommen alles zu zeigen und zu erklären. Sie hat sehr schnell auf all unsere Fragen geantwortet und uns über etwaige Sachen informiert, mit einem Aufenthalt bei ihr machen sie alles richtig.

Excellent accommodation with a fantastic outdoor space in a peaceful village location. Milan is very friendly and kind. A car is needed to explore the area of Zadar and further afield but you could easily enjoy your time staying at the property relaxing and enjoying the outdoor facilities.

Very nice place to stay! Darya was really helpful and responsive giving us great local recommendations! Loved the tip about using the barkika boat to access the old town much quicker. Also loved going to have a coffee at Marex by the water. Highly recommend staying here while visiting Zadar!

Ekstra susretljiva Elza dala je ekstra preporuke za posjet lokacija u Zadru i okolici. Prekrasno uređen krajolik oko apartmana, mirno i ugodno. Apartman kao na slikama, super čisto, ima sve što je potrebno. Ekstra super, svakome preporučujem

We were absolutely impressed with our stay in these apartments! When choosing them, we considered the location, and we couldn’t have made a better choice! It’s only 15 minutes to the airport, 5 minutes to the beach on one side, and 2 minutes to the sea on the other. The city center and the nearest shop are also just a few minutes’ walk away. Perfect if you don’t have a car. As for the apartment itself — it fully matches the description. Since we cooked our own meals, we found everything we needed and even more! The beautiful design and cozy details like candles created a warm, welcoming atmosphere. I’d especially like to highlight the terrace, which is a very pleasant place to spend time — it’s always in the shade, which is great during hot weather. A heartfelt thank you to our host Mia for her hospitality and quick responses. We highly recommend this place if you have any doubts, and we will definitely recommend it to our friends! ❤️

Superb place! Great location. Easy access to beaches and restaurants. The house was pristine. Most important, super amazing hosts. Were there to greet us, very responsive with questions, suggestions, and always helpful.

Josipa is an excellent host, friendly and helpful, she was waiting for us on arrival with great local advice. The apartment is finished to a high standard internally with all the items listed. Linen is good quality white towels and bedding, the place is spotless. Josipa is quick to respond and helped us with beach towels and cushions to use at 3 local pebble beaches located within a 5 minute walk of the apartment. Great advice from Josipa on local bus route into Zadar town which is well worth a visit. Also able to park the hire car onsite safely. Puntamika is predominantly a residential area with many homes offering apartments for rent. It’s a lovely welcoming and friendly community. It tends to be quiet after 11 at night which suited us perfectly. Good bars and restaurants within 5 minutes walk as well as a supermarket for supplies. Totally recommend this lovely apartment with beautiful views from each of the 2 balconies. Thank You to Josipa and her lovely family for a great time.

Ante and Milena are fantastic hosts, communication was great and Ante even Carried our suitcase up many steps to the apartment and fully explained everything we needed to know about the unit and Zadar The apartment even had partial views of the city and ocean and was all recently renovated Location was a bit too far for walking to the beach and old Town but Ubers were always a quick response and around 6 euros each way The price reflects the location There is about 80 plus steps up to the apartment so keep that in mind if you don’t like stairs ! We would highly recommend Ante and Milena and the property Glenn and Diane , from Australia

A great apartment for 5 guests. We were given a welcome by the host's daughter who showed us everything we needed. Everything was clean, tidy and spacious. The outside seating and dining areas were perfect and the shared pool was the highlight (we were all sad to leave it behind!). If you have a car, as we did, the location is fine (7 or 8 minutes drive from the old town car parks) but it would have been a long walk without a car. Highly recommended!

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sofort wohl gefühlt. Es ist alles da was man braucht. Pavle hat immer sofort reagiert, wenn wir Fragen hatten. Diese Insel ist sehr schön, viele Strände, alle sehr leer. Wir würden wiederkommen.

We hebben een heel fijn verblijf gehad. Andro reageerde snel en vriendelijk en de ruimte was precies zoals beschreven. Het dakterras was een leuke extra! Zeker aan te raden ☺️

Highly recommend! Friendly, competent host. Great location - close to a beach, bakery, bus stop. Two markets within walkable distance. Terrific balcony, spectacular view of channel and sunset.

Vriendelijke gastvrouw, aanrader. Goede uitvalsbasis voor de watervalparken, Zadar e.d. Fijne zwemplek bij het appartement, met ligbedjes en schaduw. Handige materialen zoals zout, suiker, toiletpapier, schoonmaakmiddelen, thee, bier, super!

The flat was great, really clean and located close to the centre. The parking spot was a big plus!

Martina was extremely helpful with questions about the area and places of interest, plus providing us with an iron ! A beautiful propery, as described with a lovely garden. So peaceful and close to the beach.
