Jedná se o dvoubytový dům s velkou zahradou. Byty mají jeden vstup do domu. Dole v domě bydlí starší pár, jsou milí a komunikativní, vždy tu je někdo poruce, oni nebo já. Zahrada je sdílená, jsme komunitativní, ale je možnost mít i své venkovní sezení. V bytě je vše vybavené. Na sdílené zahradě se pohybuje malý pes.
