Small but nice single apartment in a detached house with separate entrance. The immediate surroundings are a new development area (single and multi-family homes). The price varies according to the number of guests. It only applies to the guests declared upon booking! Grocery stores (Aldi, Kaufmarkt, dm each 500 m), the historic city center (Nikolaikirche 800 m) but also the surrounding nature are basically within walking distance. Parking space, WiFi included. The visitor's tax is charged on site after booking.

In 5 Minuten zu Fuss erreicht ihr: Dorfladen, Gasthaus, Bushaltestelle, Schwimmbad. 15 Gehminuten sind es zum Fluss. Im Sommer laden Wanderungen zu Touren ein, im Winter findet ihr wunderbare Skigebiete. Der kostenlose Skibus bringt euch dorthin.

Please note: final cleaning is not included in the price. It costs 50 EUR, which must be deposited in cash in the apartment upon departure. Bed linens, hand towels, dish towels and toilet paper must be brought (alternatively, bed linens and towels can be rented at the hotel for an additional fee). We offer our 1-room apartment in Mittelberg. The Kleinwalsertal offers beautiful hiking trails in summer, and in winter it is a snow paradise for winter sports enthusiasts and families.

The modern interior includes everything you need for a relaxing vacation in the Allgäu Alps. With fantastic views of the mountains, the day starts from the bed and ends relaxed on the cozy balcony, and if you want, also in the hanging swing. Whether on foot, by sled, with cross-country skis or by bike, you can start right at the house.

From here you can enjoy the Bizau barefoot path within a few minutes' walk from the apartment. Our place is newly furnished with a lot of love, ideal for families. The apartment can also be booked for 2 people or more. A free shuttle bus runs to the Mellau-Damüls ski resort (9 km) every hour. You will appreciate this place very much because it is an oasis of peace.
