Wonderful property and location! Definitely returning as off as we can!

My friend wanted a place to hang out and relax with her bridesmaids for her bachlorette party and this was the perfect place! we were never bored. The pool was amazing, plenty of land to play wiffleball and corn hole and the house was absolutley gorgeous! The host was very responsive and answered any questions I had. I would highly recommend this place!

Absolutely perfect house for our group of 8. So much room and very clean. The backyard is private and a great place to hang out. The only small downside was the pool temp was cold even though we had communicated about the heater being turned on the week before. Trisha was very responsive. Highly recommend the home and would definitely stay again! Thanks for hosting us!

Beautiful layout with enough space for my whole family. Amazing time and all the amenities worked as described. Every room was filled with life. The backyard deck was very spacious and the pool was amazing! Manisha was a very helpful and very nice. Recommend this place to big families wanting to explore a spacious and homey Airbnb.

We had unexpected travel arrangements that we needed to make for a funeral the week of Thanksgiving for our large family. Jeanne was so helpful with our last minute stay accommodations. She knew we were traveling with a toddler and had multiple pack and plays for her one in basement and one upstairs because I had mentioned I didn’t know which space she would sleep in. She had toys available for her to play with and a high chair setup in the kitchen. Left breakfast for our large crew and even a bottle of wine. She thought of everything. The house was equipped with everything you could need in the gourmet kitchen including sippy cups, toddler plates and silverware. She ensured we had more than enough towels and left a stocked closet filled with toiletries. 2 coffee bars stocked with everything we could need including teas and hot chocolate. Since we were arriving late she had the porch light on for us. Couldn’t have asked for anything more. Thank you Jeanne for everything!!!

This place was in a great location. It was a spacious, charming, little house. It was extremely clean with everything we needed. There was clear, precise instructions and directions and we will definitely stay if in the area again.

Celebrated a 40th birthday at TDC golf course. This place was the PERFECT location to stay for the weekend! Clean, accommodating with a great, friendly host. Will stay again should we head back to the course. Thank you!

The place was very up to date, and clean. Scott had everything we needed at the house. Would highly recommend if you are staying in the Quad Cities.

Great place to stay. Premium location, directly across all the shops. A historic house with a beautiful kitchen that has views of the river. Patio is relaxing and looks over river as well. No bedroom shares direct walls which is nice, and back bedroom has two queen beds! There is an event space downstairs but the event was over early enough it never bothered us. This would be a great place to rent out as a whole for reunion, retreat, or small gathering. It’s very charming and has been kept in great condition. Highly recommend

Grown kids and grandchildren were in town for a family funeral. This was a great place to decompress. Hot tub was a bonus. The host replied immediately when I had a question. LeClaire is a super cute town. Great place, great stay.

Awesome place. Very quiet neighborhood. Well kept and very clean. One of the few ABnB's that has an actual dedicated work space. Not everyone is on vacation when they travel and it was nice to have a desk and a chair to sit in. Maybe I am old school but I hate having to balance my laptop on my knees to respond to emails and do quotes after I have worked all day...so that was a nice touch. Also, everything from the thermostat to the washing machine and dryer have printed instructions near each item. It was very helpful because I have never used a Nest thermostat and that thing is not very intuitive. Anyways, it is a great place to stay and if I am ever back in the area, I hope it is available. Zero complaints from me.

We had a great time at Kyle’s house! We had everything we needed, the room configuration was great, and everything worked! Would highly recommend for anyone staying in the area!

Don't miss this GEM!!!! This home was so much more than what is presented...it totally exceeded our expectations and we can't say enough about it. The house was immaculate and decorated so beautifully, yet comfortably. You felt very much at home. The view of the river made it so serene and peaceful, whether sitting inside looking out those beautiful big windows or being outside sitting on the deck, or the chairs in back of the house or on the adirondack chairs around the firepit. We were even surprised with a fire ready for us one evening. The hosts were very welcoming and helpful. The location was ideal for Quad City activities. We highly recommend and are looking forward to returning!

Our family loved the peaceful, relaxing setting of Miguel's house. The river views are beautiful to wake up to and the house is very well stocked with anything you could need--especially the kitchen. Also, Miguel made certain there was plenty of dry firewood for us to enjoy the fireplace. We will love to book again and return next winter.

I really appreciate how accommodating and responsive Maria was for my month long stay. I travel for work so it’s absolutely important for me to find a host that is willing to work with me and my schedule. Will be looking forward to coming back next year!

We have stayed at Teresa’s house a few times now and we love how homey it is. Everything is clean and always has great communication. Close to shops and beautiful view of the water. Highly recommend!

My wife and I made a last minute trip to the QCs and thankfully found Lisa and Jon’s home. They were very accommodating in getting it cleaned and turned around for our check in date. The home is all new inside - new floors, carpeting, paint, and appliances. It was very comfortable for us. The home can easily have many more than 2 people. There were 4 beds and a sleeper sofa. We enjoyed sitting out on the patio, which had nice seating. The home is in a nice quiet neighborhood, and very close to a bike/walking path. We recommend!

We had a wonderful stay. Extremely clean comfortable. Nice touches that made it homie. Peaceful to watch the river and lots of space to hangout together. Kitchen is well stocked to cook. Bathroom has some extra if needed. Highly recommend

This was sooo much better than staying at a hotel and for less than the average cost! The house is decorated absolutely beautifully and was clean top to bottom! The times I had a question, Ken responded within an hour. Perfect place to stay!

Steve and Sue are very accommodating hosts. They went out of there way to ensure we had a great stay. We really appreciated the little extras they left for us, and use of the garage was very helpful. Thanks Steve and Amy!
