Cozy upstairs apartment, 1/2 mile away from the Village of East Davenport. This is a tiny spot, but perfect for a weekend stay or a work week trip. Radiant heat, and a lovely view of the neighborhood and sometimes peek of the river. Free Roku , and Disney+! (no local channels) WiFi Kitchen cook wear, utensils and complementary coffee and tea with to go cups for early mornings. LGBTQ+ friendly.🏳️‍🌈 Owner occupied with young noisy children in the rest of the house. No shared space, we share walls.

This apartment is a stand-alone unit, no shared walls or neighbors above or below, and is a private, quiet, comfortable space in the heart of Davenport. The apartment is exclusively yours during your stay, no sharing closet or bathroom space with the host's personal belongings. It's a fully furnished 1 bedroom, 1 bath apartment that was originally built as a caretaker's cottage. It is located behind my home, above my garage. Guests must be able to climb up 1 1/2 flights of stairs for access.

The lower-living space is 1000+ sq ft in the lower level of our ranch house. It is very quiet and private. The front door is shared and is just 2 steps to the AirbNb entrance. We are 5 min off I-280 / I-74 near Augustana College, John Deere, Rock Island Arsenal, etc. Cozy apartment with kitchen w/dining, large private bathroom, family room w/dining area, couch/hide-a-bed and futon, large bedroom and a 2nd bedroom/workout room. Free parking in our driveway and high speed internet.

Space is the upstairs of a duplex. Self check-in. Safe and friendly neighborhood. This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. Note: Access requires steep stairs, so it may not suit guests with mobility concerns. Friendly owners live downstairs and are happy to assist. The place is close to St. Ambrose, Genesis West, Restaurants, 5 min from Palmer, Downtown and Mississippi Valley Fair grounds, 12 min from Augustana and 14 min from the Vibrant Arena.

Located just blocks from the Mississippi River you can walk along a paved bike path with gorgeous views. In the evening enjoy the vibrant nightlife, with music and a dinner playhouse! This tiny historic cottage is great for a quick night, but perfect for class reunions, weddings and the John Deer Classic!

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. In the heart of Bettendorf. Close to interstates, shopping, Bettendorf Sports Complex, Village of East Davenport. Off street parking. Garage access if needed. Plenty of space two beds and bath on main level. Lower rec room has additional bath and sleeping accommodations. Quiet street. Fenced in back yard. Private deck. This house has everything for a short stay or long stay.

Peaceful and quiet home in Northwest Davenport has all the necessities for your stay. Not far from I-80, this is one half of a duplex unit. Many restaurants and shopping nearby. Guests have access to the entire unit along with a large fenced in back yard. Garage access may be shared due to lawn equipment being stored there. ** Please note there are no bedrooms or bathrooms on the main level. Cozy 3BR Retreat | Modern Finish & Great Location

My wife and I made a last minute trip to the QCs and thankfully found Lisa and Jon’s home. They were very accommodating in getting it cleaned and turned around for our check in date. The home is all new inside - new floors, carpeting, paint, and appliances. It was very comfortable for us. The home can easily have many more than 2 people. There were 4 beds and a sleeper sofa. We enjoyed sitting out on the patio, which had nice seating. The home is in a nice quiet neighborhood, and very close to a bike/walking path. We recommend!

A spacious deck overlooks the Mississippi River, furnished with a red umbrella and outdoor seating. A gas grill and yellow plant are placed on the wood surface, surrounded by lush greenery along the riverbank.
