Our apartment (85 m²) is located in a wine-growing community in the district of Ludwigsburg, right on the Neckar Valley cycle path. Leisure activities such as cycling, hiking, climbing, canoeing and swimming are possible in the village or the surrounding area. Close to three restaurants in the village, a wine tavern about 2 km away, and several wineries and cellars with the possibility of wine tasting in the immediate vicinity. Freeway connection about 4 km, train station about 5 km, bus stop about 5 min.

The apartment is suitable as a starting point to explore the attractive offer in the "Weinsüden" [wine south] or to visit "Europe's best amusement park" Tripsdrill and the wildlife paradise. Business stays in the greater Ludwigsburg or Heilbronn area are also possible due to the good transport connections.

The living and sleeping areas are combined in an open space with a double bed and a couch. This includes a fully equipped kitchenette and a modern bathroom. The couch can be used as an additional sleeping facility if needed. Hiking and biking trails start right outside the front door – quiet, close to nature and well connected.

Our apartment is located in the heart of Mundelsheim, surrounded by the Neckar and vineyards. The location offers a perfect combination of rural idyll and good accessibility. Just a few kilometers from Heilbronn, Ludwigsburg or Stuttgart, Mundelsheim is ideal for excursions in the area. Numerous hiking and biking trails invite you to explore our area. The nearby Neckar also offers opportunities for boat trips and relaxing walks on the shore.

Besighomes Apartment 4 - Tiny House

The entire house was renovated in the 1st renovated in the first half of 2019 and the individual apartments were furnished individually and with a lot of creativity and passion for you, so that you will hopefully feel comfortable. Hike, Bike, & Wine

HIKE 🥾 Hike right outside the front door. Many hiking trails lead along the Niedernberg. BIKE🚴‍♀️ Ring the bike right outside the front door. Very close to the Enzradweg and the Neckartalradweg. You can conveniently charge your e-bike in the garage, and there is also a small workshop with a bike repair stand. WINE🍇 Located right at the foot of the vineyard, a wide variety of events can be reached on foot.

Historic bakery

Relax in this special and quiet place to stay. In the historic bakery, a beautiful living room has been created above the bakery. On two floors are two bedrooms, a living room with fully equipped kitchen, a tasteful shower room (incl. towels) and a living room were created. From the living room in the attic and one of the bedrooms you can see the forest and the Mühlbach (Zaber) splashes directly past the house.

Oldest house in Marbach - Maisonette apartment

The duplex apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a historic and oldest half-timbered house in the city of Marbach. This is only a 5-minute walk from the S-Bahn or bus as well as the old town or a nearby beer garden on the Neckar river bank. Next to the house runs the main road through the town. Due to the low insulation of the half-timbered house, it can be a little more restless on weekdays.
