We offer a centrally located apartment in a quiet residential area in Ludwigsburg. Especially nice is the way to the city center (17 min walk) and to the Blühenden Barock (15 min walk). Here you can walk along the beautiful Königsallee in a straight line towards the castle. Close to our apartment is the Salonwald/forest (5 min walk). This is ideal for jogging or a leisurely walk. Oldest house in Marbach - Maisonette apartment

The duplex apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a historic and oldest half-timbered house in the city of Marbach. This is only a 5-minute walk from the S-Bahn or bus as well as the old town or a nearby beer garden on the Neckar river bank. Next to the house runs the main road through the town. Due to the low insulation of the half-timbered house, it can be a little more restless on weekdays.

The separate bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. The apartment has a small terrace in the countryside.
