Extremely well kept house and the host was extremely helpful.

John accepted our same day booking after the festival we were at was cancelled 3 days early! He mentioned it hadn’t been cleaned properly and gave us a little cleaning fee discount but we could barely tell when we arrived, we appreciated the flexibility taking us in! The place was very spacious and relaxing, nice tvs in all the bedrooms, lots of room in the living room. The washroom in the master bedroom has a very nice tub and shower. The amount of space we got for the price was really good. I’d book here again for sure.

We stayed over the holidays as a party of 7 (+2 dogs) and had a great time. The location was perfect for all the things we wanted to do.

Great spot for our family to visit the zoo and attend a soccer match. Location can’t be beat for Geodis Park. 2nd time staying. Great for a family.

The townhouse was in a great location to go downtown and to visit my family. The townhouse was warm, friendly and welcoming. The extra little treats that Cindy left were wonderful.

Ryan was a excellent host. His home is very much updated and clean. Bedrooms was very spacious and common areas was comfortable. I needed a early check in and check out and Ryan was accommodating to my work schedule. This will be my go to lodging destination when Im back in Nashville.

The cleanest, most well put together, and most cozy Airbnb I’ve used thus far. Very good instructions, very well decorated, extremely clean, pristine bathroom, and the TV automatically signs you out of accounts when you check out. Highly recommended if you need a nice one bedroom Airbnb in Nashville. Also you’re very close to everything downtown.

We were there for a quick weekend in Nashville and this place was perfect! The unit was clean and the decorations were cute. The unit was more spacious than expected which was a plus. The unit faces the back of the building and it was on a relatively quiet street, and street parking was available for additional cars. Broadway is about a 30 min walk or a 7 minute uber (we ubered since they were relatively cheap; average $12). It was also close to The Gulch which was awesome. The host was responsive when we had a question about parking and even let us check in a little early! I would recommend this place and likely book again!

Would definitely stay here again! Easy check-in & parking. Place was very clean! Far enough from noise but close enough to enjoy going out to Broadway. Great location. And the hosts were always responsive- I appreciated the fact they were willing to stay up later just to ensure I got checked in with no issues seeing I couldn’t make it up during the check in hours due to work. Highly recommend!

Michael was absolutely wonderful! The place was so nice and clean! I do however want to say that the step up to the bathroom/shower will get you everytime. 🤣 It’s close to everything and a lot of good restaurants! He also provided us with a huge list of places to eat/see/do! We had a wonderful time!

Amazing place to stay in Nashville. The unit is clean , beautiful , and has everything you could possibly need. The location is walking distance to Nissan Stadium and Broadway and also has great local restaurants. I will definitely book this again on my next trip to Nashville.

Don’s place was perfect—just enough space, close to the pool, easy to find. The bed was super comfy which was a plus. The space was decorated beautifully. Don was quick to respond to all questions. I would stay here again!

A great place to stay! Host was very communicative, and handled any issues with great professionalism and politeness. Uber finding the address was a little hit or miss as the property is tucked back. But, a simple message to the Uber driver, everything was fixed. Would defiantly stay again!

Highly recommend! Fantastic location, walkable to restaurants, cafes, Vanderbilt and Belmont. Beds are comfortable and the place is quiet. Central location, easy to get downtown and to airport. Host was very responsive and helpful. Great stay!

Truly loved our stay! Pool was wonderful and never packed. The kitchen has everything we needed to cook dinner every night! Would definitely book again if going to Nashville! The Publix being a 2 minute walk was so convenient!

There is simply too much to say, so I’ll let the other reviews, description, and photo speak for themselves. We absolutely felt comfortable and spoiled in this luxurious townhome. It was completely spotless but certainly not sterile feeling - it was warm and cozy and truly felt like home, and beyond. Having a roomy garage was a huge perk as well. I would be remiss not to mention that all of this was possible for us because of the passion, clarity, vision, friendliness, and attention to detail Abby and Frederico put into this AirBnB. And truly, it was a great value for everything provided. Highly recommended and will be back!

Stephanie was GREAT. Allowed us to check in early and to book an additional day. We loved the place! I love that there was plenty of parking, and it was out of the busy part of town.

Jeff was a great host! Very responsive, communicated well, and also kept us advised of any incoming weather concerns as we were new to the area. Dog friendly! And when our dog took out some of the blinds while we were gone one day, Jeff was very understandable and chill about it and it was a simple process for us resolving the fee of the damage. The place was nice and overall great!

My wife and I enjoyed our stay. It was close to everything we wanted to do and see.
