Chalet vacation rentals in Bernese Highlands

If you are thinking of staying here, do it! This is an amazing home and somehow even better in person. It’s very close to the train station (we walked it with a baby and luggage and had no issue. No steep incline and mostly paved). Jacuzzi spa, sauna and laundry in the basement. Tucked away on a quiet street but right in the middle of town (next to the oldest hotel in zermatt). Marc was extremely helpful, accommodating and friendly. This spot is more of a 5 star hotel with the extra space and private amenities. We would come back in a heartbeat. Beyond impressed. There’s a reason why the reviews are all glowing.

We spent 3 days in Konrad's beautiful apartment. The apartment is as described in the photos (on the ground floor of one of the beautiful old houses). The bed is really very comfortable and on the small terrace in front of the front door we enjoyed breakfast and dinner - with great views! It should also be mentioned that the kitchen is really well equipped!

I stayed at Mark's incredible chalet for 4 weeks, and I couldn't be happier with the unforgettable experience. The location is even beyond what's described: the view of the Alps and the Rhone valley is so glorious it'll leave you breathless on a daily basis. So many properties emphasize a great view, but this is one of those rare times when reality is even better! The chalet itself is situated in a very quiet area and the house is virtually soundproof. Even with all the windows open, you'll rarely hear anything but the birds and the breeze. The chalet is very clean and modern, and the kitchen is a special treat -- experienced cooks will love it, nothing is lacking. It's also close to almost everything in Crans-Montana. Mark is a fantastic host. He was quick to answer all my questions, gave me recommendations, and was very easy and reasonable. That's a huge plus for any traveler. Overall, this was a memorable trip, due in large part to one of the best properties you will EVER rent.

Everything was perfect. The place was extremely remarkably clean, the rooms in very good condition, the living room beautiful and the kitchen very well equipped. We really had a great time!

We stayed at Penny's for two and it was perfect! The mazot is so nice and beautiful. It is located by the road near the bus stop and is therefore very accessible. It is very quiet and was perfect for a retreat in nature. Penny advised us on the trails to take for hiking. In addition, there is a small stove and a BBQ that were ideal. We recommend it! The landlord came out to the station, so it was very comfortable to move my luggage. I went with my mom and aunt, and the check-in and checkout were very comfortable. Explaining everything one by one and showing the way It was such a perfect trip The accommodation was clean, and it was about a 5-minute walk to the terminal. There were a lot of beds, so I think a big family can come.

I can’t say enough nice things about Eric’s home! It is so close to the train station you can walk to / from with large luggage. The view is stunning, the house is pristine, and he has thought of absolutely everything and more than a guest would need. Everything is labeled and organized and I was impressed. He was so great to deal with and incredibly generous with his things (binoculars, chargers, phone, etc) I would say this is by far the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at.

Perfect place for a group of people who want to go for a hike and relax afterwards. The view from the house is beautiful and the house has everything you need.

We rented this beautiful farmhouse for our wedding guests with families, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, with the rustic charm creating a peaceful and cozy environment. Our guests loved the spacious rooms, excellent amenities, and the stunning location surrounded by nature. The children especially enjoyed exploring the outdoors and playing in the garden. Excellent family stay in Andréa's chalet! The area is absolutely beautiful, between lakes, mountains and breathtaking views. The chalet is authentic, the equipment is simple but sufficient. The environment is quiet. We highly recommend Andréa's chalet!

Our stay in the chalet was great, a feeling of being alone in the world in the middle of the forest, with nevertheless superb services and incredible comfort! Access is not easy and you have to plan ahead for shopping etc, but it's nothing compared to the view and the environment, the calm, which are really exceptional! Relaxation guaranteed!! In addition Charlotte was very accommodating and responsive to all our requests, I would highly recommend it and hope to come back to recharge here! Thank you!!

Our stay at this stunning Airbnb in Iseltwald, Switzerland, was nothing short of magical! The location is breathtaking, nestled right by Lake Brienz with picture-perfect views that made every moment feel like a postcard. The home itself was cozy, impeccably clean, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was absolutely exceptional, going above and beyond to make our trip unforgettable. From thoughtful touches like local tips and a warm welcome to accommodating our needs with such care, they truly elevated our experience. The highlight was the incredible boat ride they arranged on the lake—gliding across the turquoise waters surrounded by mountains was a memory we’ll cherish forever. We can’t recommend this place highly enough—thank you for an extraordinary stay!

Beautiful views over looking the lake and the mountains. The hike up to the place is totally worth it and Gerard was a star for bringing the quad bike and transporting the luggage up.

A perfect stay, quiet, at the foot of the lake. The setting is beautiful and the place is great. Very nice. Albane is very responsive and available. I keep the place in mind to come back!

We were allowed to spend a very nice week in the chalet of François as a family (2 adults, 2 children). François greeted us personally and showed us everything important in and around the chalet. He also gave us some tips for exploring the area. The chalet with the rooms, kitchen, bathroom were very clean and as described on the pictures. The view of the lake from the living room is great! On our departure day, François came by again, so we could do the check-out together and say goodbye to François personally. We enjoyed the week very much and recommend the chalet as a very nice place to spend nice days in and around it.

You feel immediately welcome and at home in this house. I spent a wonderful week here. Bike rides around the lake and in the valleys are wonderful. And sitting on the terrace in the evening is simply a dream. Urs is always easy to reach and helps with everything you need. It couldn't be better.

We were already allowed to spend sunny and relaxing days in Patrick's beautiful beach house for the 2nd time. Uncomplicated and very friendly contact. A dreamy place.
