Our apartment (about 50 square meters) is located on the edge of the small village of Geschwend, in the Todtnau holiday region. Geschwend has about 450 inhabitants. The place is good for 2-4 people. Couples, solo travelers, business travelers and families (with children). Welcome to our idyllic house on the edge of the forest. Enjoy the tranquility and use our barbecue area for relaxing evenings outdoors. Our house is ideal for hikers, mountain bikers and motorcyclists. In winter, numerous ski slopes and cross-country ski trails are only 15 minutes away. After an active day, you can unwind and recharge in our in-house sauna. Our accommodation can accommodate up to 5 cars and free Wi-Fi.

Our accommodation is very quiet on a small stream at the edge of the forest. 20 meters away is a wonderful cross-country ski trail. A hiking trail (Lebküchlerweg) leads directly past the house to the waterfalls. Approx. 1 km. Ideal for relaxing and forgetting about everyday life. For motorcycles or bicycles, you are welcome to use the garage. Another person can come on request.

Silva Nigra Chalet for 4 at the pond

The Hierholzer pond is a habitat for dragonflies, aquatic insects, a spawning ground for numerous frogs and a summer meeting place for locals and their guests. The chalet/wooden house with large roof overhang, conservatory and balcony facing the pond provides 65 m² in 3.5 rooms. The property with 1000 m² west slope is sun-drenched. To the south there is an alpine view.
