Our newly renovated holiday home with two apartments is located at 1300 m in the picturesque Walser village of Schmitten in the middle of Graubünden: The world-famous ski resorts of Davos, Lenzerheide and Savognin can be reached in 20 minutes each, St-Moritz can also be reached by the Albula cable car in 1 hour all year round. Schmitten is located on a sun terrace above the Landwasser Viaduct, the landmark of the Rhaetian Railway, in the "Park Ela," the largest natural park in Switzerland with unlimited leisure activities.

This apartment sleeps 4 people with 2 double bedrooms and has been carefully furnished and decorated in collaboration with IKEA. A perfect place for relaxation, recreation, and unwinding. The house is located in the middle of Bergün, opposite the old tower and near Volg in the middle of the historic village center.

A new apartment in old walls awaits its guests. It is located directly on the Landwasser. The Rinerhornbahn and Davos Glaris train station / bus stop are a 2-minute walk away. The small apartment is centrally located, quiet and with a beautiful view of the river (Tuors) and the mountains. It is located on the 2nd floor. The interior is cozy and the lots of wood, the comfortable sofa and the wool carpet create a cozy atmosphere. The studio can be reached on foot from the railway station in 4-5 minutes. Historic farmhouse

The 500-year-old farmhouse of my grandfather has been gently renovated with an eye for detail. The house is in the core zone of Latsch, which belongs to the inventory of protected locations. In Latsch, a part of the two Heidifilms was also shot. Latsch is located on a sun terrace and also has plenty of sun in winter and invites you to walks and hikes.
