Spacious room with a living area, kitchen, and private bathroom. On the ground floor and with a garden. Fully independent space with a private door, attached to the house where we live. Located in a very quiet residential area, but very central, just a 5-minute walk from the historic center, to visit, shop... It has everything you need for the kitchen, as well as a washing machine, television, sofa, and outdoor table to enjoy the garden. The barn has a living room with a black kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed, a loft with two beds, and a sofa bed in the living room. It also has a double shower with a window to admire nature while showering. Fireplace, swimming pool, and river. And an environment with a monumental complex formed by a Romanesque church with a crypt, a modernist cemetery and an Iberian village 5 minutes away. Spectacular! 5 minutes from a rural restaurant and 10 minutes from the town/city.

La Carança, mountain house. Calm and nature!

Beautiful traditional mountain house of more than 100m2 in stone and completely renovated in 2020/2021. Perched at 1400m and facing south with a large garden full of flowers and a breathtaking view of the Têt valley, the Canigou and facing the Carança massifs . Fauna is omnipresent and easy to observe and many hiking and mountain biking trails start directly from the house. Llar enjoys a Mediterranean climate and is located halfway between the high Pyrenees and the sea.
