Via de trap komt u op de 1ste verdieping met twee slaapkamers met beiden een tweepersoonsbed, aparte badkamer met stortdouche.

Experience the charm of Holiday Home De Duinroos in Egmond aan Zee! Our cozy house for 1–3 guests is only 100 m from the beach, dunes and lighthouse, and 300 m from the lively center. After a sunny day by the sea, unwind on your private terrace with a book or a drink. In mid and high season we rent by the week, in low season at least 3 nights. Tourist rental only (no babies, no foreign workers/agencies). The person who makes the reservation must personally stay in the house.

We warmly welcome you to our nice summer cottage. Centrally located near the dunes, the beach and the cozy center of Egmond aan Zee. Through your own entrance, you enter the cozy living room with 3-seater sofa with ottoman, dining table with 4 chairs, kitchen and bathroom. Upstairs, there is a bedroom with sink, double bed (140 x 200) and a single bed (80 x 200). Our cottage has its own terrace with table and 4 chairs and is equipped with an awning.

Family house - suburbs of Amsterdam

Lovely family house suitable for a couple or family of 2 adults with kids, located just 20 min. by public transport to Amsterdam Central Station . The centre of Zaandam has a shopping area with various restaurants and bars and a large cinema. Also our house is not too far from the touristic venue Zaanse Schans (windmills). One block away from our house there is a nature park (Westzijderveld) with a nice road across for walking or cycling.

Op 7 wandelminuten vanuit het woonhuis, kunt u gratis parkeren. Ruime living (met Netflix) met woonkeuken. Free Parking in the neighborhood (5 minutes walk from the house). Deze knus ingerichte woning ligt zeer Centraal gelegen. Op steenworpafstand van de prachtige duinen van Egmond aan Zee en op nog geen 200 m van het strand. De woning is van alle gemakken voorzien en beschikt over twee slaapkamers waarvan een met een tweepersoonsbed en de ander met twee eenpersoonsbedden. De keuken is compleet ingericht en het ontbreekt u aan niets.

An atmospheric house in a quiet residential area in Bergen. The house has recently been completely renovated and turns out to be a hidden gem inside. It has a bright and cozy look and the lower floor with living room and large kitchen is much more spacious than it seems from the outside. In the colder months, the wood stove in the seating area is a huge plus!
