With great enthusiasm, we renovated our old Mansion and restored it to its original state. On the bell floor, we have created an apartment that we are now renting out. The house is in a lively neighborhood a 5 minute walk to the city center and at 4 minutes walk to the train station from where you can be at Amsterdam Central Station within 34 minutes. The apartment was recently renovated with a lot of attention and equipped with all comforts, completely for your own use with balcony.

Kennedy Beach House - the apartment near the sea

“Kennedy Beach House” is a charming beach apartment, with three bedrooms (65 m2) and a sunny balcony, situated directly at the beautiful beach of Egmond aan Zee. The apartment is conveniently located and many wonderful shops and restaurants are a few minutes away. The apartment is tastefully decorated in the Mediterranean style and gives a spectacular view on the dunes. It only takes less than a minute walk to plunge into the sea to cool off. Unique overnight stay Rijksmonument

The living room has a comfortable sitting area with TV (with all Dutch channels) and is equipped with WiFi. Just like the bedroom and bathroom, the living room also has an indoor balcony with French doors. The living room flows through a dining area into a small kitchen that is equipped with an induction cooktop with 1 cooking pit, refrigerator, combination microwave, and tableware, sufficient for preparing a simple meal. For a fee, groceries for breakfast can be ready.

This romantic apartment is situated in one of the finest streets of the old city of Alkmaar. Relax and unwind in this stylish space with kitchen, lovely king size bed, lovely bathroom, lounge sofa, sunny balcony and the beach steps away. Accessible via large spiral staircase. That's why it's a little harder for people to walk. A baby cot can be booked as an additional option. Bedding and kitchen towel + tea towel provided as standard. Towels (€5 per set, 1 large and 1 small) and tourist tax (€2.25 per person per day) are included.

The apartment is located in a popular residential area and is a short distance from the village center. A supermarket is about 500 meters away. And how about shopping in 't Loo, the weekly market, shopping center 't Hoekstuk or the station center, everything is possible. The bon vivants can indulge in one of the delicious restaurants, and on a summer evening, you can walk to Di Fiorentina for an artisanal ice cream.
