We have been renting out Studio Studler since 2024. Studio Studler is a detached summer cottage behind our house, with its own entrance and small garden, located on the edge of the forest and close to the city center. The cottage is completely renovated and equipped with every comfort. The cottage has a luxury kitchen, a cozy dining area, a nice TV corner with a pellet stove, air conditioning, and a cozy... Bedroom with a 160 x 200 bed on the second floor. The cottage has its own enclosed terrace with garden furniture and BBQ.

The cozy living room is wonderfully bright, and through the glass facade, equipped with sun blinds, over the full width of the living room, you can enjoy the entire day both indoors and outdoors. With the double garden doors, you can optimally connect the living room with the terrace. In addition to a large dining table/bar, there is a spacious sitting area with a flat-screen TV. The luxurious open kitchen is fully equipped with quality appliances such as a dishwasher, oven and refrigerator.

The Playroom - Cozy home in Bergen aan Zee

De Speelzaal is the former playroom of Het Koloniehuis, built in 1928 for the children of the Deutsche Ferienkolonie. Just 300 meters from the beach and right next to the Noordhollands Duinreservaat, you can walk or cycle straight into the dunes. De Speelzaal is a charming vacation home for couples and families who want to enjoy tranquility, the beach, nature and the outdoors. Through the French doors, you step into the spacious, fenced garden, a wonderful place to enjoy the outdoors.

Apartment with a beautiful sea view

Lovely, spacious maisonette with 2 bedrooms on the 4th floor overlooking the sea! Enough space for 6 people at only 80 m from the beach. Enjoy the wonderful sound of the sea at this beautiful location. The bunk bed is ideally not to be used by adults. Apartment is not equipped with a stair gate. Unfortunately, groups are not allowed in accordance with the house rules of the apartment complex. Please note, not suitable for disabled people due to the presence of stairs!

The cottage combines outdoor living with sleek design lines, art and all modern amenities. The accommodation offers a spacious living room with dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a workplace and a sunny terrace.
